Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - Anthony A. Love, 27, South Wayne, was taken into custody at a residence on West Center Street in South Wayne at 4:13 p.m. Thursday, May 3, on three outstanding warrants issued by Lafayette County for traffic-related charges. He was jailed.

• Chad E. Henthorn, 38, Beloit, was cited for speeding at 5:25 p.m. Thursday, May 3, on Wisconsin 81 in the Town of Seymour.

• Sean D. McKenzie, 34, Platteville, was cited for speeding at 5:47 p.m. Thursday, May 3, on Wisconsin 11 in the Town of Shullsburg.

• Timothy P. Gordon, 32, Shullsburg, was taken into custody at a residence on County E in the Town of Shullsburg at 6:04 p.m. Thursday, May 3, on an outstanding warrant issued by Lafayette County. He posted bond and was released.

• Reanna R. Parker, 31, Darlington, was taken into custody at a residence on Ohio Street in Darlington at 6:40 p.m. Thursday, May 3, on an outstanding warrant issued by Lafayette County. She posted bond and was released.

Monroe Police

MONROE - Heather R. G. Hale, 22, Monroe, was arrested on charges of battery, disorderly conduct, criminal damage to property, felony bail jumping and misdemeanor bail jumping at about 9:30 p.m. Thursday, May 3, after a 30-year-old Monroe man reported a disturbance at an apartment in the 300 block of 5th Street. During a fight, she allegedly bit him, smashed an iPad and threw things. The man was left with bruises and bite marks, according to police. Hale has a preliminary hearing on the charges May 9 in Green County Circuit Court.

• A person in the 1700 block of 17th Street was warned at 12:40 p.m. Thursday, May 3, for walking a dog without a leash.

• A 16-year-old Monroe boy at Monroe High School, 1600 26th St., was cited for a tobacco violation at 1:04 p.m. Thursday, May 3, after school authorities reported the violation to police.

• A cellphone was reported as stolen from a parked vehicle in the 1000 block of 3rd Avenue at 6:02 p.m. Thursday, May 3. Police are investigating suspects in the case.
