ALBANY - Joshua J. Miller, 18, Albany, was cited for driving after suspension April 27.

Darlington Police

DARLINGTON - Hernesto Jose Romero, 31, Darlington, was arrested for driving after revocation at about 7:45 p.m. Saturday on Galena Street.



Monroe Police

MONROE - Five people were arrested following a traffic stop at about 1:45 a.m. Sunday in the 1700 block of 9th Street. Maxwell T. Arne, 22, Rochelle, Ill., was arrested for possession of marijuana with intent to deliver. Lavelle T. Conner-Hatchet, 21, Madison, was arrested for a Wisconsin Probation and parole violation and obstructing an officer. Michael R. Graff, 21, Madison, was arrested for a Wisconsin probation and parole violation. Brijeet M.J. Colby, 20, Brodhead, was arrested for second-offense driving without a license and violating the absolute sobriety law. Ivan A. Howard, 21, Brodhead, was arrested for disorderly conduct and open intoxicants in a vehicle. Arne, Conner-Hatchet and Graff were jailed. Colby and Howard were released pending court.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Jacob H. Blumer, 22, New Glarus, was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia following a report of a loud vehicle in a quarry at about 12:15 a.m. Friday on Farmer's Grove Road in New Glarus township. A passenger in the vehicle, Kevin D. Kanter, 21, New Glarus, was cited for open intoxicants in a vehicle. They were released pending court.

• William L. Lawrence III, 47, Evansville, was arrested for second-offense drunken driving and cited for a seatbelt violation following a traffic stop at about 1:15 a.m. Sunday on Dunphy Road in Albany township. He was released pending court.

• Tony C. Hardy, 39, Rockford, was cited for driving after suspension and speeding following a traffic stop at about 1:15 a.m. Sunday on Wisconsin 69 near County B. A passenger in the vehicle, Jaquon T. Jackson, 30, Chicago, was cited for open intoxicants in a vehicle and littering. They were released pending court.

Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - Matthew J. Buman, 38, Shullsburg, was arrested for disorderly conduct and a state Department of Corrections hold following a disturbance at about 9:45 p.m. Saturday at a residence on Wis. 11. He was jailed.

• Antonio Garcia Quiroz, 34, Benton, was cited for driving without a license at about 4 a.m. Sunday on Wis. 11 in Shullsburg township.

• James M. Klinzing, 22, Richland Center, was cited for driving after suspension at about 2:15 p.m. Saturday on U.S. Highway 151 in Belmont township.

• Michael R. Taylor, 24, Milwaukee, was arrested for driving after suspension at about 11:30 a.m. Sunday on U.S. 151 in Belmont township.

• Elizabeth T. Reuter, 25, Platteville, was cited for driving after suspension at about 4 p.m. Sunday on Wis. 11 in Benton township.

• Chadwick L. Gall, 20, Racine, was cited for an expired all-terrain vehicle registration at about 3:45 p.m. Saturday on the Cheese Country Trail.
