Darlington Police

DARLINGTON - Daniel B. Fleege, 33, Darlington, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia at about 2 p.m. Monday, April 30, following an investigation at a residence on Ohio Street. He was released pending court.

- Humberto Utrera-Utrera, 39, Darlington, was arrested on a charge of identity theft at about 1 p.m. Tuesday, May 1, after an investigation revealed he was using someone else's Social Security number to work at a business in Darlington. He was jailed pending court and deportation proceedings.

Monroe Police

MONROE - Daniel F. Baumgartner, 25, Monroe, was arrested in the 1100 block of 25th Avenue at 1:15 p.m. Tuesday, May 1, on a warrant issued by Monroe Police for failure to appear in court. He was transported to the Green County Justice Center for court.

- A case of identity theft was reported at about 8:30 a.m. Tuesday, May 1, by Colony Brands, Inc., 1112 7th Ave.

- The theft of a catalytic converter off a work van at Studer Super Service, Inc., 1703 6th St., was reported at 2:28 p.m. Tuesday, May 1. The business told police the theft had occurred sometime between April 25 and May 1. It is one of several catalytic converter thefts reported to Monroe Police in just the past week.

- Police have a suspect but are still investigating a report taken at 10:13 p.m. Tuesday, May 1, that a person shoplifted items from Walmart, 300 6th Ave. W., and then tried to fraudulently return some of the items.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Thomas R. Schmid, 22, Browntown, was arrested Tuesday, May 1, on a charge of stealing a Case bulldozer and a Chevy minivan in Browntown. The thefts were reported Sunday, April 28, and an investigation determined the vehicles were sold as scrap metal. Schmid was released pending court.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - Linda A. Pobjoy, 24, Lodi, was arrested on a charge of possessing a prescription medication not prescribed to her at 3:07 p.m. Friday, April 27, after a deputy made contact with her on County Shop Road in the Town of Darlington. She was released pending court.

- Tyler J. Meyer, 26, Monroe, was cited at 1:10 a.m. Saturday, April 28, for keeping open intoxicants in a vehicle on Wisconsin 78 in the Town of Argyle. During the same traffic stop, Brenda L. Erickson, 38, Blanchardville, was cited for allowing open intoxicants in a vehicle.

- Daniel G. Findley, 33, Benton, was arrested on a charge of domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct at 8:09 a.m. Saturday, April 28, following a disturbance at a residence on Jenkynsville Road in Benton. Misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property were filed against Findley the same day in Lafayette County Circuit Court. He was released on a $300 signature bond.

- Andrew A. Stocks, 27, Gratiot, and Erika K. Skattum, 24, and Daniel J. Ubersox, 27, both of Blanchardville, were cited for seatbelt violations at 1:06 p.m. Saturday, April 28, on Wisconsin 11 in South Wayne.

- Kenneth A. Kremzar, 23, Sturtevant, and Chadwick L. Gall, 22, Racine, were cited for ATV violations on the Cheese Country Trail in Darlington at 3:35 p.m. Saturday, April 28.

- Vanessa A. Walton, 25, Shullsburg, was cited for a seatbelt violation at 4:45 p.m. Saturday, April 30, on Wis. 11 in the Town of Wayne.

- Troy M. Ruddoch, 18, Sandwich, Ill., was cited for speeding at 1:51 p.m. Sunday, April 29, on Wisconsin 81 in the Town of Seymour.

- Thomas J. Maas, 28, Blanchardville, was cited for driving a vehicle with an expired registration and no insurance at 2:47 p.m. Sunday, April 29, on County G in the Town of Argyle.

- Justin C. Zbynski, 18, Waukegan, Ill., was cited for speeding at 3:23 p.m. Sunday, April 29, on Wis. 81 in the Town of Elk Grove.

- Abel M. Showalter, 24, South Wayne, was cited for allowing a dog to run at large at 8 a.m. Monday, April 30, after a deputy responded to Galena Street in South Wayne for a complaint of a dog running at large.

- Eisa Hassan Hassan Mohamed, 28, Pasadena, Texas, was arrested at 11:15 a.m. Monday, April 30, on a valid Green Lake warrant for failure to appear in court, after deputy responded to Park Street in Belmont for a complaint that an unwanted person was selling washer fluids door-to-door.
