GREEN COUNTY SHERIFF

MONROE - On Thursday:

• A crash at 11:56 a.m. in the N3900 block of Wisconsin 59 in Sylvester occurred after a 4-by-6 sheet of wood fell out of the truck of Kirk A. Miller, 40, Monticello. Samantha J. Masseur, 28, Monroe struck the piece of the wood in the road, causing moderate damage to her vehicle. Neither party was injured and both were wearing seat belts. Both vehicles were driven from the scene.

• Curtis J. Gerber, 32, Monroe, was cited at 6:03 p.m. for operating with a suspended license in the 1600 block of 9th Street in Monroe. Gerber was released pending court.

• Samantha J. Guinter, 25, Albany, was arrested at 6:53 p.m. after an investigation by authorities for a probation violation when police stopped a vehicle in the 700 block of South Cincinnati Street, Town of Albany. Guinter was jailed and also cited for improper display of registration decal. Coltyn L. Gage, 20, Albany, a passenger of the vehicle, was arrested for possession with intent to deliver psilocybin mushrooms. Gage was jailed pending court. The sheriff K9 Unit and Albany Police assisted with the investigation.

• Michael B. Hoban, 59, Monticello, was arrested at 8:39 p.m. for driving while intoxicated (first offense) on County C and North Pratt Road, Village of Monticello. Hoban was also cited for operating with prohibited alcohol concentration (first offense) and suspended registration.

• Anne M. Schultz was involved in a vehicle-versus-deer crash in the W2500 block of County EE, Town of Mount Pleasant



LAFAYETTE COUNTY SHERIFF

DARLINGTON - On Thursday:

• A deputy responded at 3:41 a.m. for an assist motorist complaint on County W, Monticello Township.

• A deputy responded at 5:58 a.m. for livestock in the roadway to County M, Wiota Township.

• A deputy responded at 6:35 a.m. for a tree in the roadway on Hilldale Road in New Diggings.

• The Benton Fire Department and Benton First Responders responded at 1:55 p.m. for an ATV fire on County J, Benton Township. The Sheriff's Office assisted on scene.

• A deputy responded at 4:08 p.m. for livestock on the roadway at County Z, Darlington Township.

• Wayne Chance Jr., 54, Rockford, was arrested at 4:41 p.m. on a warrant from Rock County. Chance posted bond and was released.

• A deputy responded at 7:05 p.m. for a complaint of threats to injure on Pecatonica Road, Gratiot Township.
