MONROE - Luke A. Symanek, 24, Davis, Ill., was arrested for second-offense drunken driving and driving without a valid license following a traffic stop around 1:15 a.m. Tuesday in the 1600 block of 20th Avenue. He was jailed.

MONROE - Fred T. Agee, 57, Belleville, was arrested for third-offense drunken driving and cited for having a cracked tail lamp following a traffic stop around 9:30 p.m. Tuesday in the N9200 block of Wisconsin 69. He was released pending court.
• Adam D. Bliss, 26, Monroe, was arrested for a warrant issued by Green County around 8:45 a.m. Tuesday in the 1000 block of 16th Avenue in Monroe. He was jailed.
• Angelo C. Neilsen, 21, Monroe, and Kendra L. Cox, 19, Belleville, were cited for possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop around 10 p.m. Tuesday in the W6000 block of Wis. 11 in Monroe township. They were released pending court.
