MONROE - Robert E. Copeland Jr., 36, Monroe, was arrested for disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property following a domestic disturbance at about 4:30 a.m. Wednesday in the 1300 block of 17th Avenue. He was jailed.
• Ryan J. Baird, 27, Monroe, was arrested for two Monroe Police Department warrants at about 12:45 a.m. Wednesday in the 1300 block of 17th Street. He was jailed.

MONROE - Michael A. Montanye, 49, Fennimore, was arrested for bail jumping at about 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Green County Courthouse. He was jailed.
• Christopher M. Arn, 24, Monroe, was cited for driving after revocation after deputies responded to a report of a disabled vehicle at about 9:15 a.m. Wednesday in Monroe. He was released pending court.

DARLINGTON - Two people were cited following a dispute at about 5:30 p.m. Wednesday in Benton. Brenda Olson, 45, Argyle, was cited for disorderly conduct. Heather Fisher, 23, Beloit, was cited for unlawful use of a phone and non-registration of a vehicle.
