DARLINGTON - Timothy A. Phile, 31, Galena, was cited for failure to have control of a vehicle and failure to report an accident, after deputies responded at about 8:30 a.m. Thursday for a report of a motor vehicle accident in Kennedy Road in the Town of Benton.

MONROE - Roger D. Jones, 46, Chicago, was arrested on a Monroe Police Department warrant at about 4 p.m. Thursday in the 1100 block of 16th Avenue. He was jailed.
