MONROE - Donald W. Raasch, 60, Monroe, was arrested at about 5:15 p.m. Monday in Monroe for a Green County warrant for issuing worthless checks and a child support warrant issued by Marathon County. He was jailed.
• David A. Ethridge, 43, Monroe, was arrested at about 7 p.m. Monday in Monroe for a Green County warrant. He was jailed.
• Jason L. Elsner, 27, Brodhead, was arrested at about 9 p.m. Monday at a rural Brodhead residence for four warrants issued by the Brodhead Police Department. He posted bond and was released.

DARLINGTON - Crystal M. Barber McSweeney, 25, Blanchardville, was arrested at about 9 p.m. Monday for three warrants issued by Lafayette County. She was jailed.
