Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - Tabitha Hastings, 17, Argyle, was cited for underage alcohol violation at about 2 a.m. Saturday in Argyle township.

• Westley Hendricks, 23, Benton, was cited for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated at about 1:45 a.m. Saturday, following a traffic stop in the Village of Benton.

• Pamela McCauley, 46, Benton, was cited for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated at about 4:15 a.m. Saturday, following a traffic stop in the City of Darlington.Jeff Rogers 3/31/09

Brodhead Police

BRODHEAD - Barbara A. Gumtow, 41, Brodhead, was cited March 23 for disorderly conduct stemming from an incident on June 28, 2008. A court date was issued.

• Thomas W. Porterfield, 45, Brodhead, was arrested at about 4 p.m. March 23 in the 700 block of East Second Avenue for domestic disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was transported to Green County Jail.

• Zachary C. Voegli, 24, Monroe, was cited for inattentive driving from an incident on March 21. A court date was issued.

• Ethan K. Douglas, 17, Brodhead, was cited at about 12:15 a.m. Saturday in the 1000 block of West Exchange Street for unnecessary noise/disorderly conduct with a motor vehicle - loud music. He was released with a court date.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Theodore R. Miller, 46, New Glarus, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct at about 4 a.m. Saturday at a residence in New Glarus township, after deputies responded to a report of a domestic dispute. Miller posted bond and was released.
