MONROE - Ronald E. Sweeney, 30, Monroe, was arrested for a Davidson County, S.D., sheriff's department, warrant Monday in the 400 block of 21st Street. He was jailed.
• Alicia D. Parr, 18, Monroe, was cited for underage drinking at about 1 a.m. Monday in the 1100 block of Wisconsin 69. She was released pending court.
