Brodhead Police

BRODHEAD - Christopher R. Cloe, 25, Argyle, Ill., was arrested for driving a snowmobile while intoxicated and driving off of the designated snowmobile trail. Craig M. Serotzke, 28, Marengo, Ill., was cited for driving a snowmobile off of the designated trail. Amanda G. Taylor, 18, McHenry, Ill., was arrested for underage person in a tavern and driving a snowmobile off of the designated trail. They were released pending court.

• Brett A. Berner, 26, Beloit, was arrested for drunken driving, driving after suspension, driving left of center, driving with a prohibited alcohol concentration and non-registration of a vehicle following a traffic stop around 2:15 a.m. Feb. 24 in the 2100 block of First Center Avenue. He was released pending court.

• Benjamin R. Normington, 22, Brodhead, was arrested for bail jumping, possession of marijuana, illegal use of prescriptions and driving after suspension around 5:15 a.m. Saturday in the 2500 block of First Center Avenue. He was jailed.

• Crystal R. Brown, 26, Beloit, was arrested for a warrant issued by Rock County around 4:15 a.m. Feb. 24 in the 2000 block of West Exchange Street.

• Michael E. Hoffman, 22, Brodhead, was arrested for a warrant issued by Green County Probation and Parole around 10 p.m. Feb. 24. He was transported to the Green County Jail.

• Michelle A. Foster, 24, Brodhead, was arrested for a warrant issued by the Albany Police Department around 6:30 p.m. Friday in the 1000 block of First Center Avenue.

• Ignacio Cardoso Lopez, 23, Albany, was arrested for driving after suspension and speeding following a traffic stop around 8:15 p.m. Friday in the N100 block of First Center Avenue.

• Ruger L. Fischer, 17, Brodhead, was arrested for driving after suspension following a traffic stop around 11 p.m. Feb. 25 in the 700 block of West Third Avenue. He was released pending court.

Monroe Police

MONROE - Edward M. Kallas III, 40, Monroe, was arrested for disorderly conduct and battery Sunday for an incident that took place around 6 p.m. in the 1700 block of 17th Street. He was jailed.

• Jarrod Z. Smith, 22, Monroe, was arrested for warrants issued by the Green County Sheriff's Department around 9:30 p.m. Sunday in the 700 block of 12th Avenue. He was jailed.

• Danielle M. Lincicum, 18, Monroe and a 16-year-old Monroe female were arrested for theft around 2:30 p.m. Sunday at ShopKo. They were released pending court.

• Derick R. Belke, 19, Monroe, and a 15-year-old Monroe male were arrested for theft around 4:15 p.m. Sunday at ShopKo. They were released pending court.

• A 16-year-old Monroe male was arrested for underage drinking around 3 a.m. Sunday in the 400 block of Eighth Street. He was released to a parent.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - David A. Fricks, 49, Monroe, was arrested for substantial battery and disorderly conduct following an altercation around 1:15 a.m. Saturday at Sir Buk's. Deputies report Fricks hit a 21-year-old Stevens Point man in the face with a beer mug. The victim was taken to the Monroe Clinic for injuries. Fricks was jailed.

• Detectives are investigating a report of vandalism to 12 mailboxes reported Saturday morning on Badger Road in York township. Anyone with information can contact the Sheriff's Department at 328-9400.

Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - Juan Francisco Martinez Bonilla, 36, Darlington, was arrested for drunken driving and driving without a valid license following a traffic stop around 2:30 a.m. Saturday in Darlington. He was released pending court.

• Lisa K. Lopez, 39, Hazel Green, was arrested for disorderly conduct following a disturbance around 4:45 p.m. Friday in Belmont. She was released pending court.

• Daryl E. Andrews, 43, Argyle, was arrested for disorderly conduct following a disturbance around 9:30 p.m. Saturday at a residence on County Y in Wiota township. He was released pending court.

• Ishar Herrera Lozada, 21, Darlington, was cited for driving without a license following a traffic stop around 6 p.m. Sunday on County F in Willow Springs township.
