Brodhead Police

BRODHEAD - Pamela S. Watterson, 45, Albany, was arrested for theft at about 3:15 p.m. March 23 in the 1100 block of 1st Center Avenue. She was released pending court. John M. Fredieu, 38, Albany, was cited for disorderly conduct. He was issued a court date.

- Jorge Martinez Herrera, 26, Monroe, was cited for driving without a driver's license and speeding at about 7:30 p.m. March 20 in the 600 block of 1st Street. He was issued a court date.

- Richard M. Blakemore, 78, Janesville, was cited for speeding at about 4:45 p.m. Thursday in the 100 block of 1st Street. He was issued a court date.

- Richard E. Nilles, 90, Dubuque, was cited for speeding at about 1 p.m. Friday in the 700 block of 1st Center Avenue. He was issued a court date.

- Karen S. Porterfield, 46, Brodhead, was cited for expired registration at about 2:30 p.m. Friday in the 100 block of 1st Street. Se was issued a court date.

- A 16-year-old Juda male was cited for speeding at about 6 p.m. Friday in the 800 block of 1st Street. He was issued a court date.

- Brandon S. Larson-Hart, 20, Brodhead, was cited for no insurance at about 6 p.m. Friday in the 200 block of 1st Street. He was issued a court date.

- Jeanne M. Cullen, 55, Janesville, was cited for inattentive driving at about 8:30 a.m. Saturday in the 300 block of 1st Center Avenue. She was issued a court date.

- Shelly A. Martin, 41, Beloit, was cited for speeding at about 10:45 p.m. Saturday in the N100 block of 1st Center Avenue. She was issued a court date.

Monroe Police

MONROE - David B. Marshall, 36, Juda, was arrested for third offense driving while intoxicated, third offense driving after suspension and open intoxicants in the vehicle at about 1:45 a.m. Friday in the 2100 block of 12th Street. Marshall was jailed pending court.

- Nolan T. Solberger, 21, Monroe, was arrested for driving while under the influence of an intoxicant and for hit and run to an unattended vehicle at about 2:30 a.m. Saturday in the 2500 block of 10th Street, after fleeing the scene of an accident. Solberger was released pending court.

- Corey L. Coplien, 33, Monroe was arrested on two Green County Sheriff's Department warrants at about 4 p.m. Friday in the 900 block of 30th Street. Coplien was jailed.

New Glarus Police

NEW GLARUS - Four students were cited for truancy, following a call at about 2 p.m. March 21 to investigate truancy violations at New Glarus High School. Police report the four students were repeat offenders.

- Officers administered an intoximeter test on Kimberly A. Hegstrom, 56, Brooklyn, at about 10:15 p.m. Friday. Hegstrom had been arrested by Belleville Police for driving while intoxicated.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Diane L. Arvanties, 49, Baraboo, was arrested for battery and disorderly conduct, following a report of a fight behind the bar on Hotel Street in the Village of Brooklyn at about 9:15 p.m. Saturday. Arvanties was jailed pending court.

- Richard A. Moen, 50, New Glarus, was arrested for first offense driving while under the influence of alcohol, following a traffic stop at about 9:45 p.m. Sunday on Wisconsin 39 at Wis. 69 in the Village of New Glarus. Moen was released pending court.

Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - Hernan Vazquez Lopez, 35, Platteville, was arrested for driving while suspended at about 8:45 p.m. Saturday on Wis. 23 in the Town of Darlington. Lopez posted bond and was released.

- James P. Cherry, 41, Monroe, was cited for failure to stop at a stop sign at about 7:45 p.m. Friday on West Mound road in the Town of Belmont.

- Tyler J. Straight, 20, Edgerton; Carlton E. Lease, 17, Belleville; Young Sung M. Vertterli, 20, New Glarus; Skylar B. Runle, 18, Brodhead; Taylor J. Huffman, 19, Monroe; Brandon L. Suiter, 20, Brodhead; Aaron F. Hartwig, 19, Monroe; and a juvenile were cited for underage alcohol consumption at about 11:45 p.m. Friday on Galena Street in the Village of South Wayne. All individuals were released. The Green County Sheriff's Department assisted at the scene.

- Sara L. Bevins, 19, (no address reported), was cited for driving with no driver's license at about 10:15 p.m. Saturday on Wis. 23 in the Town of Darlington.

- Thomas W. Bartell, 21, Hanover, Ill., was cited for driving after suspension, following a traffic stop at about 11:15 p.m. Sunday on Dump Road in the Town of Benton. Bartell was also taken into custody on a Grant County warrant. Bartell posed bond and was released.

- A theft report was filed at about 1:15 a.m. Saturday from N. Lake Road in the Town of Blanchardville for two older-model, disabled vehicles found missing from the property where they were stored.
