• Suspicious activity was reported at 12:17 p.m. on East Minerva Street in Darlington.
• Jeffrey J. Kreger, 65, Waterford, was cited at 7:06 p.m. for speeding on Wis. 11, Town of Gratiot.
• Kyle A. Smith, 20, Warren, Ill., was cited at 7:57 p.m. for speeding on Wis. 81, Town of Seymour.
• Nicholas J. Mastrocola, 20, Burlington, was cited at 9:16 p.m. for speeding and driving without proof of vehicle insurance on Wis. 81, Town of Seymour.
