MONROE - Christopher L. Sibley, 26, Monroe, was arrested at 5:14 a.m. Monday, March 19, on a felony charge of possessing marijuana and a misdemeanor charge of possessing drug paraphernalia. Police found a reported 2.5 grams of marijuana on Sibley during a traffic stop at 9th Street and 14th Avenue. Sibley has a preliminary court hearing scheduled for April 26.
- Officers removed a 13-year-old student from Monroe Middle School after they responded to a report at 1:05 p.m. that the boy lost control and was punching lockers after a teacher asked him to pick up after himself. The case was referred to Green County Human Services.
- A 16-year-old boy was issued a citation for truancy at 9:27 a.m. Monday, March 19, at Monroe High School, 1600 26th St.
- A mother complained to police at 3:45 p.m. Monday, March 19, that another girl hit her daughter with her crutches at Monroe Middle School and the school hadn't done enough to take care of the situation. Police found no substance to the allegations.
- A 12-year-old boy was warned at 6:03 p.m. Monday, March 19, for shooting an Airsoft gun at another child in the 1200 block of 15th Avenue, after police responded to a complaint.

DARLINGTON - Tyler L. Cullen, 20, Ridgeway, and Jami S. Ryan, 20, Mount Horeb, were cited for underage alcohol consumption at 1:23 a.m. Sunday, March 18, on Wis. 78 in the Town of Blanchard.
- Nathaniel P. May, 17, Albany, was cited for underage alcohol consumption at 1:34 a.m. Sunday, March 18, on Wis. 78 in the Town of Argyle.
- Deputies and Argyle Police responded at 3:02 a.m. Sunday, March 18, to a report of disorderly conduct at a residence on North State Street in Argyle. Argyle Ambulance and Blanchardville EMS also responded, as two of the individuals involved had been injured. No citations reported.
- David S. Stampfli, 20, Blanchardville, was taken into custody for a probation violation at 3:20 a.m. Sunday, March 18, after deputies responded to a residence on Wis. 78 in the Town of Blanchard to assist in removing unwanted subjects. Stampfli remains jailed.
- A theft of electronic equipment was reported at 5:54 a.m. Sunday, March 18, at a residence on Wis. 78 in the Town of Blanchard. The case remains under investigation.
- Anthony E. Jones, 73, Milwaukee, was cited for speeding at 8:51 a.m. Sunday, March 18, on U.S. 151 in the Town of Belmont.
