Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Jeffrey T. Neubauer, 18, Monroe, was arrested at about 5:45 p.m. Thursday in the Monroe on a Monroe Police Department warrant for failure to appear on a second offense of driving a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license. Neubauer was jailed pending court.

        

Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - Deputies responded to a report of a domestic disturbance at about 10:45 a.m. Thursday in the Village of Blanchardville. An investigation resulted in a subject being taken into protective custody. The incident is being referred to the district attorney's office for review.

• Deputies responded to investigate a physical altercation at about 11:15 p.m. Thursday at an establishment in Belmont. The case was turned over to the Belmont Police Department.

• Esau Mendez-Arroyo, 33, Darlington, was cited for operating a vehicle without a valid driver's license following a traffic stop at about 8:30 p.m. Thursday on County M in Wiota township.
