Albany Police

ALBANY - Brendon D. Collins, 21, and Kyle B. Disch, 27, both of Albany, were arrested at their home in the 200 block of Milwaukee Street on Wednesday, March 14, after officers from the Albany, Brodhead and Orfordville police departments and Green County Sheriff's Department executed a search warrant issued by Brodhead Police. Collins was arrested on charges of felony bail jumping, driving a vehicle without the owner's consent, misdemeanor theft as a repeat offender and concealing stolen property as a repeat offender. Disch was arrested on a probation warrant.

- Steven L. Schneeberger, 34, Evansville, was arrested on Sunday, March 18, on a warrant issued by Albany Police for driving while intoxicated. He posted bond and was released.

- Kimberly A. Neuenschwander, 36, Evansville, was arrested on Sunday, March 18, on a warrant issued by Albany Police for driving with a suspended license. She posted bond and was released.

Brodhead Police

BRODHEAD - Two Brodhead girls, ages 14 and 17, were cited for truancy on Sunday, March 11, stemming from an incident on March 9.

- Barry T. Diffenderfer, 39, Brodhead, was cited for failure to stop at a stop sign at 5:16 a.m. Monday, March 12, in the 2100 block of 1st Center Avenue.

- Precious M. Oller, 35, Brodhead, was cited on Monday, March 12, for driving with a cracked vehicle windshield, stemming from an incident on Feb. 1.

- Brett A. Squires, 18, Brodhead, was cited at an unspecified location on Monday, March 12, for non-registration of a vehicle and operating a vehicle with non-white headlamps.

- Kody L. Menehan, 22, Brodhead, was arrested for possession of THC at 11:17 p.m. Monday, March 12, in the 1100 block of 1st Center Avenue. He was released with a court date.

- Gregg R. Kienast, 34, Loves Park, Ill., was arrested in the 100 block of 23rd Street at 11:34 p.m. Tuesday, March 13, for driving without a valid license. He was released with court date.

- A 16-year-old Beloit girl was cited for speeding at 8:20 p.m. Wednesday, March 14, in the 600 block of 19th Street.

- Dwayne P. Helmer, 41, Brodhead, was arrested on a probation and parole violation at 11:53 p.m. Wednesday, March 14, in the 1200 block of East 2nd Avenue. He was transported to the Green County Jail.

- Devon L. Seitz, 19, Brodhead, was cited for having defective lights on a motorcycle and operating a motorcycle without eye protection at 4:53 p.m. Thursday, March 15, in the 1200 block of 1st Center Avenue.

- Phillip A. Boyd, 19, Brodhead, was arrested at 3:14 p.m. Friday, March 16, on an active warrant. He was transported to the Green County Jail.

- Billie Jo I. Saari, 32, Beloit, was arrested in the 1000 block of West Exchange Street at 12:30 p.m. Saturday, March 17, on an active warrant issued by the Walworth County Circuit Court. She was transported to the Green County Jail.

- Nicole M. Thies, 26, Waukesha, was cited in the 1000 block of 1st Center Avenue at 9:36 p.m. Saturday, March 17, for failure to stop at a stop sign.

- Jeremy J. Manley, 37, Beloit, was cited for speeding at 11:21 p.m. Saturday, March 17, in the 600 block of 1st Street.

Monroe Police

MONROE - Zachery W. Jensen, 22, Monroe, was arrested at the intersection of 17th Avenue and 12th Street at 3:40 p.m. Saturday, March 17, on a charge of driving a vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant (second offense). He was released pending court.

- John D. Barrett, 26, Monroe, was arrested in the 1700 block of 10th Street on charges of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and bail jumping at 1:33 a.m. Sunday, March 18, after officers responded to a complaint that Barrett was yelling threats at a bar in the 1000 block of 16th Avenue. Barrett also reportedly struggled with the arresting officer. He was jailed pending court. His pre-trial conference is scheduled for March 27.

- Laura S. Morales-Audelo, 37, Monroe, was arrested at 1:47 p.m. Sunday, March 18, on a charge of shoplifting $22.99 in merchandise from a business in the 400 block of West 8th Street. She was released pending court.

- The owner of a dog was warned after police responded at 5:08 a.m. Saturday, March 17, to a complaint in the 1200 block of 9th Street that the dog was barking excessively.

- Police took a report at 7:54 p.m. Saturday, March 17, from a person who witnessed a pitbull being dumped out of a gray sedan with Illinois plates in the 2600 block of 9th Avenue. Officers could locate neither dog or vehicle.

- A citation will be issued to a property owner in the 2000 block of 9th Street after the person failed to respond to a warning to clean up an accumulation of rubbish in a Dumpster. Police took a report from a building inspector at 8:21 a.m. Sunday, March 18.

- A resident in the 500 block of 16th Avenue was warned at 11:42 a.m. Sunday, March 18, against burning brush in the yard, a violation of city code.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Steven R. Whiteford, 55, Hollandale, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated (first offense) after deputies responded at 10:26 p.m. Saturday, March 17, to a one-vehicle crash in the W7700 block of County H in the Town of York. Whiteford reportedly veered into the ditch and hit an embankment. He and a passenger were transported by New Glarus EMS for non-life threatening injuries. The vehicle was severely damaged and towed from the scene. Whiteford was also cited for driving with a prohibited alcohol concentration and failure to maintain control of a vehicle. He was released pending court.

- Jordan A. Riese, 21, of rural Brodhead, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated (first offense) after deputies responded at 1:14 a.m. Sunday, March 18, to a one-vehicle crash in the W700 block of Ten Eyck Road in the Town of Decatur. Riese reportedly lost control of her vehicle while negotiating a curve. The vehicle veered into a ditch and overturned several times. Riese fled the scene. Deputies found her later at her residence. She was uninjured. The vehicle was severely damaged and towed from the scene. Riese was also cited for driving with a prohibited alcohol concentration, failure to maintain control, non-registration of a vehicle and failure to notify law enforcement of a crash. She was released pending court.

New Glarus Police

NEW GLARUS - Benjamin B. Beek, 31, Monroe, was cited for driving a vehicle without insurance at 5:46 p.m. Sunday, March 11, after police stopped him for an equipment violation.

- Timothy J. Faber, Jr., 21, New Glarus, was arrested on charges of possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia at 5:39 p.m. Wednesday, March 14, after police stopped a vehicle for seatbelt violations at an unspecified location. Faber and a passenger, Kentrick J. Eichelkraut, 21, Monticello, were cited for seatbelt violations. Faber was transported to the Green County Jail.

- A resident reported fraud at 7:06 p.m. Monday, March 12, after receiving a letter from "Prize and Award Presentation" claiming the person won a "Mega Lottery" of $150,000. A check accompanied the letter, with instructions to cash it to cover government taxes in the United Kingdom.

- Police conducted a routine search for drugs in the New Glarus High School and Middle School at 9:40 a.m. Friday, March 16, with the assistance of K-9 Units from the Monroe and Darlington police departments and Green, Lafayette and Rock County sheriffs' departments. There were no arrests or citations issued as a result of the sweep.

DARLINGTON - Jeannine A. Hedges, 46, Byron, Ill., was cited for speeding at 1:50 p.m. Friday, March 16, on Wisconsin 23 in the Town of Darlington.

- Linda K. Lee, 62, Platteville, was cited for speeding at 5:10 p.m. Friday, March 16, on Wis. 11 in the Town of New Diggings.

- Jordan S. Ruter, 22, Mineral Point, was cited for driving without a license at 7:33 p.m. Friday, March 16, on Wis. 81 in the Town of Seymour.

- Mitchell R. Cook, 18, and Joann E. Leitzinger, 20, both of Shullsburg, were cited for disorderly conduct at 12:37 p.m. Saturday, March 17, following a disturbance at a residence on Pine Road in the Town of Monticello.

- Corey L. Duerson, 42, Platteville, was cited for speeding at 1:32 p.m. Saturday, March 17, on Wis. 11 in the Town of Wayne.

n Samar Jaykant Patel, 24, Pingree Grove, Ill., was cited for speeding at 2:03 p.m. Saturday, March 17, on Wis. 81 in the Town of Seymour.

- Gary L. Patton, 55, Loves Park, Ill., was cited for speeding at 2:15 p.m. Saturday, March 17, on Wis. 81 in the Town of Seymour.

- Sunshine M. Mergen, 32, Lena, Ill., was cited for speeding at 2:25 p.m. Saturday, March 17, on Wis. 23 in the Town of Darlington.

- Benjamin W. Timblin, 22, Janesville, was cited for speeding at 2:33 p.m. Saturday, March 17, on Wis. 11 in the Town of Wayne.

- Rodimro Gutierrez-Lorenzano, 45, Darlington, was cited for speeding and driving with no proof of insurance at 2:42 p.m. Saturday, March 17, on Wis. 23 in the Town of Willow Springs.

- Michael A. Horst, 18, Cuba City, was cited for a seatbelt violation at 2:58 p.m. Saturday, March 17, on Wis. 81 in the Town of Elk Grove.

- Lisa M. Pfaff, 23, Gratiot, was cited for speeding and driving with a revoked license at 3 p.m. Saturday, March 17, on County D in the Town of Wayne.

- Anthony L. Muhlstein, 43, Darlington, was cited for speeding at 3:28 p.m. Saturday, March 17, on Wis. 23 in the Town of Willow Springs.

- Sara A. Christen, 32, Madison, was cited for speeding at 3:42 p.m. Saturday, March 17, on Wis. 23 in the Town of Willow Springs.

- Ian M. Johnson, 19, Mineral Point, was cited for speeding and carrying no proof of vehicle insurance at 4:44 p.m. Saturday, March 17, on U.S. 151 in the Town of Belmont.

- Gina R. O'Boyle, 21, Platteville, was cited for speeding and carrying no proof of vehicle insurance at 5:01 p.m. Saturday, March 17, on U.S. 151 in the Town of Belmont.

- Michael A. Wright, 21, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, was cited for driving without a valid license and operating a vehicle with a suspended registration at 5:30 p.m. Saturday, March 17, on U.S. 151 in the Town of Belmont. The owner and passenger in the vehicle, Aaron M. Blackhawk, 37, Saint Francis, was cited for permitting an unauthorized person to drive.

- Geri L. Stubbe, 39, Durand, Ill., was cited for driving without a license and allowing open intoxicants in a vehicle at 7:02 p.m. Saturday, March 17, on County W in the Town of Monticello. A passenger in the vehicle, Steven L. Armstrong, 42, Durand, Ill., was cited for having open intoxicants. Armstrong was taken into custody for valid warrants issued by Rock County. He remains jailed.
