O'Neill, 33, Monroe, was arrested for third-offense drunken driving, possession of marijuana, obstructing an officer, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a switchblade knife following a traffic stop at about 11 p.m. Tuesday in the 1100 block of 14th Street. He was jailed.
• Thomas J. Ott, 42, Monroe, was arrested at about 2:30 a.m. Tuesday in the 1500 block of 14th Avenue for a warrant issued by the Stephenson County Sheriff's Department. He was jailed.

MONROE - Randy T. Kruser, 43, Monroe, was arrested for disorderly conduct, criminal damage to property, violation of a domestic abuse order and intimidation of a victim following a disturbance that took place in a vehicle at about 8 p.m. Tuesday on Wisconsin 11 near County N. He was jailed.

DARLINGTON - John L. Carothers Muszynski, 17, Argyle, was arrested for driving under the influence of drugs following a traffic stop at about 6:30 p.m. Tuesday on County N in Argyle township. A passenger in the vehicle, Alexa K. Beutel, 17, Argyle, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. They were released pending court.
