MONROE - Trevor J. McGuire, 17, Monroe, was arrested for battery and disorderly conduct following a disturbance at about 4:45 p.m. Friday in the 2700 block of Third Street. He was jailed.
• Brett C. Kohl, 24, Monroe, was arrested for drunken driving, speeding and open intoxicants in a vehicle following a traffic stop at about 9:30 p.m. Friday in the 1300 block of 17th Avenue. He was released pending court.
• Richard W. McCloud, 26, Argyle, was arrested at about 9:15 p.m. Friday in the 700 block of Eighth Street for a warrant issued by the Green County Sheriff's Department. He also was cited for speeding. He posted bond and was released.
