Thomas J. Wines, 57, Monroe, was arrested at 5:52 p.m. for domestic disorderly conduct after creating a disturbance in the 1600 block of 25th Avenue. Wines was jailed.

A child was reportedly bitten by a wild chipmunk at 8 p.m. in the 300 block of Elmer Road. The child was transported to Monroe Hospital. The case was turned over to the Green County Health Department.

Naneek T. Jamison, 25, Milwaukee, was cited at 12:15 a.m. for speeding and driving with a revoked license on Wis. 11, Town of Cadiz.
Ryan D. Komprood, 34, Darlington, was arrested at 2:26 a.m. for driving while intoxicated and cited for failure to maintain control of his vehicle and driving with open intoxicants in a vehicle after deputies observed him performing a "burn out" in front of the Trailside Inn in Browntown before skidding through an intersection and stopping on the shoulder. A passenger, Mitchell L. Thompson, 29, Darlington, was also cited for having open intoxicants in a vehicle.
Martin O. Hernandez, 23, Monroe, was cited at 8:37 p.m. for driving without a valid license.
