• Timothy M. Houtakker, 20, Darlington, was cited for a seatbelt violation at 7:40 p.m. Thursday on Wisconsin 11 in the Village of Benton.

DARLINGTON - Christopher C. Kovars, 18, Cuba City, was cited for reckless driving and an equipment violation at 7:16 a.m. Thursday on Miner Way in the City of Shullsburg, after a deputy responded to a report of a traffic complaint. Kovars was apprehended on a probation hold and was jailed.
• Clint P. Kleeman, 22, New Glarus, was cited for driving a vehicle while suspended at 3:08 p.m. Thursday on Cornelia Street in the City of Darlington, following a traffic stop.
