BRODHEAD - Steven C. Mahlum, 59, Janesville, was arrested for warrants issued by Rock County, Beloit Municipal Court and Janesville Municipal Court at about 8:30 p.m. Friday in the 1100 block of 1st Center Avenue. He was transported to Rock County.
• Paul Ramirez-Castro, 22, Brodhead, was arrested for driving under the influence, driving with a prohibited alcohol concentration, open intoxicants in a vehicle and driving without a license at about 9 p.m. June 20 in the 1700 block of West 9th Avenue. He was released pending court.
• Emily K. Stryhn, 18, Beloit; Kyle B. Steiner, 19, Brodhead; Samantha J. Mansfield, 20, Evansville; and Danielle L. Hafford, 19, Brodhead, were cited for underage drinking at about 10:15 p.m. Thursday in the 1100 block of 17th Street. They were released pending court.

• William R. Viney, 18, Belleville, was cited for disorderly conduct with a vehicle after an officer saw him accelerate and squeal the tires on his vehicle at about 10 p.m. June 22 on 4th Avenue near 2nd Street.

• Kurt W. Lacarz, 30, Madison, was arrested for obstructing an officer, criminal damage to property, a probation violation and reckless driving following a report of a truck driving recklessly in the N4600 block of County E. He was jailed.
