ALBANY Police

ALBANY - Roger W. Brewer, 67, Albany, was cited Wednesday for disorderly conduct.

• Ryan R. Doyle, 25, Madison, was arrested Thursday on a child support warrant and for outside consumption.

• Chase S. Norton, 19, Darlington, was cited Friday for underage drinking.

• Rebecca L. Reents, 25, Janesville, was cited Saturday for operating after revocation.

• Trevor L. Lornson, 28, Albany, was cited Sunday for operating after revocation and failing to install an ignition interlock device.

• Dylan T. Connolly, 23, Brodhead, was cited Sunday for operating after suspension.



BRODHEAD Police

BRODHEAD - On June 14:

• Jorge N. Narango, 27, Brodhead, was cited for operating without a valid license at 2:34 a.m. after police stopped him in the 1400 block of 1st Center Avenue.

• Mark R. Sisson, 52, Rockford, was cited for speeding at 4:57 p.m. after police stopped him on 1st Center Avenue at Green Street.

• Karin E. Johnson, 38, Juda, was cited for inattentive driving at 11:08 a.m. June 15 in the 1300 block of 1st Center Avenue.

• A 16-year-old Brodhead boy was cited for inattentive driving at 5:12 p.m. June 16 in the 1200 block of 1st Center Avenue.

• Keora D. Parker, 20, Freeport, was cited for speeding at 7:53 p.m. Friday in the 500 block of East 9th Avenue.



Monroe Police

MONROE - Charles D. Polus, 60, Monroe, was arrested for retail theft at 10:16 a.m. Friday in the 1600 block of 19th Street. He was released pending court.

• Jose Alberto Garcia, 35, Monroe, was arrested for disorderly conduct and criminal trespass at 7:20 p.m. Saturday after police responded to a report of a fight at an apartment in the 300 block of 4th Street. He was jailed pending court.



NEW GLARUS Police

NEW GLARUS - On June 15:

• A vehicle driving erratically was reported at 10:34 a.m. on Wisconsin 69 between Monticello and New Glarus.

• A fox in a residential area was reported at 4:27 p.m. on 9th Avenue at 7th Street.

• A stolen bike was reported at 5:10 p.m. in the 300 block of Elmer Road.

On June 16:

• Grant A. Mella, 24, Fitchburg, was cited for not having insurance at 12:28 a.m. after police stopped him on 3rd Avenue at 5th Street.

• Winifred A. Bird, 35, Rockford, was cited for speeding at 6:10 p.m. in the 1100 block of Wis. 69.

• Peter K. Stern Jr., 47, Monticello, and Kenneth E. Johnson, 52, New Glarus, were cited for disorderly conduct at 11:19 p.m. after police responded to a report of an assault in the 200 block of 5th Avenue.

• An illegally parked Volkswagen Jetta was reported at 10:07 a.m. The car was ticketed and towed.

• A vehicle that had not moved in four days was reported at 11:24 a.m. in the 1000 block of 1st Street. The vehicle was tagged for removal in 24 hours.

• Police received a parking complaint at 3:55 p.m. regarding two trailers in the 200 block of 3rd Avenue. Police contacted the owner, who moved the trailers.

• A power outage was reported at 4:24 p.m. in the 600 block of Wis. 69. Police contacted New Glarus Utilities.

On Wednesday:

• Dawn M. Foster, 48, New Glarus, was cited for not having proof of insurance at 10:54 a.m. after police stopped her in the 500 block of 6th Avenue.

• Samuel J. Gingerich, 21, Sauk City, was cited for operating without insurance at 1:14 p.m. after police stopped him in the 900 block of 1st Street.

• Joshua P. Lapin, 34, Monroe, was cited for a seatbelt violation at 4:07 p.m. after police stopped him on Wis. 69 at 11th Avenue.

• Tony J. Keller, 48, Monroe, was cited for a seatbelt violation at 4:39 p.m. after police stopped him on Wis. 69 at 11th Avenue.

• Eric J. Goers, 46, Monticello, was cited for a seatbelt violation at 5:13 p.m. after police stopped him on 6th Avenue at Railroad Street.

• Police made contact with the driver of a suspicious vehicle at 12:38 a.m. in the 1700 block of 2nd Street.

On Thursday:

• Catherine R. Glamm, 19, Mount Horeb, was cited for operating without a valid license and not having insurance at 11:56 a.m. after police stopped her on 6th Avenue at 7th Street.

• Lance S. Way, 43, New Glarus, was cited for a seatbelt violation at 4:14 p.m. after police stopped him at the intersection of County W and Wis. 69.

• Tanner Blumer, 19, Monroe, was cited for operating while suspended at 4:59 p.m. after police stopped him on 11th Avenue.

• Antonio A. Blades, 44, Monticello, was cited for operating while suspended and Dana R. Blades, 32, was cited for permitting an unauthorized person to drive and not having insurance at 5:14 p.m. after police stopped their vehicle on 5th Street.

• Corie L. Tschannen, 33, Browntown, was cited for not having insurance at 6:54 p.m. after being stopped for an equipment violation on Elmer Road.

• A fox near Candy Cane Park was reported at 4:07 p.m.

On Friday:

• Corie L. Tschannen, 33, Browntown, was cited for depositing garbage from outside the village in a private waste container in the 300 block of Elmer Road.

• A dog in a vehicle with the windows rolled up was reported at 11:03 a.m. in the 500 block of 1st Street. Police found that the dog was not in distress, and the owner was inside buying water for the animal.

• A van was cited for a parking violation at 2:06 p.m. in the 300 block of 2nd Street.

• A car was cited for a parking violation at 5:04 p.m. in the 300 block of 2nd Street.

On Saturday:

• Elizabeth Dye, 56, Madison, was cited for speeding at 11:20 p.m. in the 1100 block of Wis. 69.

• Someone who appeared underage trying to buy alcohol was reported at 7:20 p.m. at a business in the 600 block of Wis. 69.

On Sunday:

• Patricia A. Webster, 45, Madison, was cited for speeding at 3:23 p.m. in the 1400 block of Wis. 69.

• Tyler J. Grinde, 24, Monroe, was cited for operating while suspended at 7:15 p.m. after police stopped him on 6th Avenue at Wis. 69.

• Elijah N. Linderud, 18, Madison, was cited for operating without a valid license and not having insurance at 7:50 p.m. after police stopped him in the 1100 block of Wis. 69.



Green County Sheriff

MONROE - On Saturday:

• Jennifer J. Adams, 37, Freeport, was arrested for obstruction and on a warrant for issuing worthless checks at 4:45 a.m. after police stopped her on Wis. 69 at County B in the Town of Clarno. She was also cited for speeding and operating without a valid license. She was jailed pending bond.

• Alex D. Larson, 28, Madison, was arrested for second-offense operating while intoxicated at 6:50 p.m. after police stopped him in the N4600 block of County E in the Town of Decatur. He was also cited for operating while revoked. He was released to a responsible party.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - On Friday:

• Elebic Soto-Alverto, 30, Darlington, was cited for operating without a valid license at 7:48 p.m. after police stopped him on Wis. 81 in the Town of Seymour.

• Police assisted the Darlington Police Department at 7:12 a.m. with a call on South Main Street in Darlington.

• A traffic complaint was reported at 9:32 a.m. on Mine Road in the Town of Elk Grove.

• Hazardous materials on the roadway were reported at 10:39 a.m. on County G in the Town of Kendall.

• Police responded at 12:45 p.m. to a civil dispute on South Galena Street in South Wayne.

• A traffic complaint was reported at 6:20 p.m. on School Street in Gratiot.

• An animal running at large was reported at 7:20 p.m. on Wis. 11 in the Town of Benton.

• An animal running at large was reported at 8:11 p.m. on County G in the Town of Willow Springs.

On Saturday:

• Ryan T. Quinn, 18, Gratiot, was cited for failure to stop at a stop sign at 12:21 a.m. after police stopped him on Wis. 11 in South Wayne.

• Daniel J. Nutt, 20, La Grange, Ill., was cited for speeding after police stopped him on Wis. 11 in South Wayne.

• Kevin T. Boje, 21, Elgin, Ill., and David P. Boje, 51, Bloomingdale, Ill., were cited at 2:40 p.m. for all-terrain vehicle violations on the Cheese Country Trail.

• Police responded at 7:40 a.m. to a civil dispute on County N in the Town of Wayne.

• Police responded at 9:58 a.m. to a civil dispute on County I in the Town of New Diggins.

• Criminal damage to property was reported at 5:15 p.m. on County J in Benton.
