DARLINGTON - Lisa Foulker, 36, Darlington, was arrested at about 5:15 a.m. Friday for disorderly conduct and resisting an officer following a disturbance at an Ann Street home. She was jailed on a probation hold.
• James Torstenson, 46, Darlington, was arrested on at about 8:15 p.m. Monday for third-offense operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and second-offense operating while revoked. He was released pending court.

DARLINGTON - Carlos D. Mejia Romero, 20, Darlington, was arrested for no valid driver's license at about 5:30 p.m. Monday on Wisconsin 23 in Darlington township. Romero was released after posting bond.
