ALBANY POLICE

ALBANY - On Friday:

• A juvenile was cited for driving without a valid license and for non-registration of a vehicle.

• Elliot L. Wenzel, 26, Brodhead, was arrested on a second-offense charge of driving while intoxicated and was cited for driving at an imprudent speed.

On Saturday:

• Trevor D. Porter, 63, Beloit, was cited for inattentive driving.

• Jacob W. Luebke, 24, Watertown, was arrested for driving while intoxicated and with a prohibited alcohol concentration, and was cited for driving left of the centerline.

On Sunday, Audrey R. Billings-Diehl, 20, South Beloit, Ill., was cited for underage drinking.



BRODHEAD POLICE

BRODHEAD - On June 12:

• A 20-year-old Brodhead man was cited at 1:28 a.m. for disorderly conduct after a disturbance was reported in the 1600 block of East 5th Avenue.

• A 35-year-old Brodhead man was cited at 2:20 p.m. for driving with a revoked license in the 200 block of East 4th Avenue.

• A gas drive-off was reported at 6:43 p.m. in the 2400 block of 1st Center Avenue. The driver was contacted and the matter resolved.

On June 13:

• A 49-year-old Garfield, Minn., man was cited at 12:35 p.m. for speeding in the 1000 block of 1st Center Avenue.

• Disorderly conduct was reported at 6:37 p.m. after two people having a verbal altercation were reported in the 1000 block of West Exchange Street.

On June 14:

• A vehicle parked on city property was reported at 1:17 p.m. in the 100 block of 23rd Street. The vehicle's owner was issued a warning.

• Disorderly conduct was reported at 8:01 p.m. after three people having a verbal altercation were reported in the 1100 block of 1st Center Avenue.

• A theft was reported at 8:21 p.m. in the 700 block of 21st Street.

On Wednesday:

• An overflowing garbage bin was reported at 8:40 a.m. in the 1100 block of 1st Center Avenue.

• Two vehicles in violation of the junk vehicle ordinance were reported at 10:15 a.m. in the 600 block of East 2nd Avenue.

On Thursday:

• A 38-year-old Janesville man was cited at 6:54 a.m. for speeding in the 600 block of 1st Street.

• A 60-year-old Beloit man was cited at 3:19 p.m. for disorderly conduct in the 1800 block of 1st Center Avenue.

• A barking dog was reported at 5:54 p.m. in the 1500 block of East 2nd Avenue. A warning was issued to the animal's owner.

On Friday:

• A 24-year-old Brodhead man was cited at 8:19 a.m. for owning a dog without a license and for having an animal creating a nuisance in the 900 block of 18th Street.

• A 39-year-old Rockford, Ill., man was cited at 11:09 a.m. for speeding in the 600 block of 1st Street.



MONROE POLICE

MONROE - On Friday, a motor vehicle theft was reported at 4:37 a.m. in the 400 block of 14th Avenue. The case remains under investigation.

On Saturday, Corey L. Bender, 23, Monroe, was arrested for disorderly conduct and battery in the 1300 block of 17th Street. Bender was jailed.



NEW GLARUS POLICE

NEW GLARUS - On June 12:

• Missing property was reported at 8 a.m. in the 500 block of 1st Street. The property was recovered and returned to its owner.

• Damaged exhaust ventilation piping was reported at 12:50 p.m. in the 400 block of 2nd Street.

• A suspicious vehicle was reported at 12:55 p.m. in the 400 block of 2nd Street.

• Police assisted the Green County Sheriff at 6:25 p.m. with a 911 hËangup at the intersection of Klitzke Road and Wisconsin 39.

• Police assisted the Monticello Police and Green County Sheriff at 8:43 p.m. with the arrest of a Monticello man in Monticello.

On June 13:

• Police received lost property at 1 p.m. that had been found in the 200 block of 6th Avenue.

• A possible drunk driver was reported at 3:40 p.m.

• Suspicious activity was reported at 3:59 p.m. in the 200 block of Railroad Street.

• A suspicious person was reported at 4:45 p.m. soliciting donations on 3rd Avenue.

On June 14:

• Ryan J. Austin, 29, Monticello, was cited at 12:19 p.m. for a seatbelt violation in the 600 block of Wis. 69.

• Police assisted a citizen at 1:26 p.m. with disposing of old firearm ammunition.

• Todd L. Rosenstiel, 51, Monticello, was cited at 3:15 p.m. for a seatbelt violation and driving without vehicle insurance in the 600 block of Wis. 69.

• A damaged vehicle window was reported at 4:42 p.m. in the 500 block of 6th Avenue. The case remains under investigation.

• Jonathan R. Leverton-Duerst, 23, Monroe, was cited at 5:49 p.m. for disorderly conduct and destruction of property after a disturbance was reported in the 1300 block of 2nd Street.

• Police cleaned a storm gutter at 10:37 p.m. at the intersection of Wis. 69 and Industrial Avenue.

On Wednesday:

• A gas drive-off was reported at 9:26 a.m. in the 1400 block of Wis. 69.

• Police helped unlock a vehicle for a citizen in the 900 block of 2nd Street.

• Harassing phone calls were reported at 5:51 p.m. in the 2400 block of Wis. 69. The offender was issued a warning.

• Police assisted the Wisconsin DNR and Green County Sheriff at 6:16 p.m. with a domestic problem in Monticello.

• Police removed a branch from a roadway at 7:43 p.m.

• Police checked an individual's welfare at 10:38 p.m. in the W3800 block of Exeter Crossing Road.

On Thursday:

• A resident reported receiving annoying phone calls at 11:29 a.m.

• Two dogs at large were reported at 3:22 p.m. The animals were retrieved and returned to their owner.

• Franklin W. Hege, 23, Richland Center, was cited at 4:21 p.m. for a seatbelt violation on Wis. 69.

• Virginia L. Zweifel, 76, Monticello, was cited at 4:41 p.m. for driving without vehicle insurance on Wis. 69.

• Donald J. Clarke, 33, New Glarus, was cited at 4:54 p.m. for driving with a revoked license on Hoesly Drive.

• Joseph S. Ott, 30, New Glarus, was cited at 5:45 p.m. for failing to stop at a stop sign at the intersection of 4th Avenue and 5th Street.

• Police cited a vehicle at 5:51 p.m. for improper parking in the 400 block of 5th Avenue.

• A suspicious vehicle was reported at 10:44 p.m. in the 500 block of Wis. 69.

On Friday:

• Cody S. Meier, 27, Juda, was cited at 5:15 p.m. for driving without a valid license on Industrial Drive.

• Vipasha R. Kumar, 31, Madison, was cited at 5:52 p.m. for driving without vehicle insurance in the 1100 block of Wis. 69.

• Erin J. Hoover, 22, Madison, was cited at 9:39 p.m. for speeding in the 1100 block of Wis. 69.

On Saturday:

• Scott A. O'Brien, 48, Fitchburg, was cited at 10:32 a.m. for speeding in the 100 block of County W.

• Richard W. Otterman, 41, New Glarus, was cited at 1:43 p.m. for speeding in the 100 block of County W.

• Ryan A. Hayes, 19, Belleville, was cited at 6:17 p.m. for a seatbelt violation in the 1100 block of Wis. 69.

• Michael J. Darrow, 30, New Glarus, was cited at 7:15 p.m. for a seatbelt violation and for driving with a suspended vehicle registration in the 1100 block of Wis. 69.

• A suspicious vehicle was reported at 10:07 p.m. in the 1400 block of 2nd Street.

On Sunday:

• Vandalism was reported at 8 p.m. in the 700 block of 1st Street after a stop sign was removed and placed at a different location. The sign was returned to its original position.

• A stolen cell phone was reported at 8:58 a.m. in the 10 block of 3rd Avenue.

• A 911 hangup occurred at 3:28 p.m. in the 100 block of 6th Avenue.



GREEN COUNTY SHERIFF

MONROE - On Saturday:

• Thomas D. Andrews, 38, Darlington, was arrested at 5:23 p.m. on a first-offense charge of driving while intoxicated in the W1900 block of Wis. 59, Town of Albany. Andrews was also cited for driving with a revoked license and with open intoxicants.

• Devin M. Johns, 34, Madison, was arrested at 7:09 p.m. on a first-offense charge of driving while intoxicated in the 200 block of North Mechanic Street in Albany.

On Sunday:

• Jacqueline L. Lucas, 19, Janesville, was arrested at 2:29 a.m. on a Rock County warrant for failing to pay a fine in the 2000 block of 4th Street.

• Darline M. Preston-Grinnell, 47, Monroe was arrested at 3:58 a.m. for disorderly conduct and battery in the N2300 block of Bloom Lane, Town of Monroe. Preston-Grinnell was released pending court.

• Criminal damage and theft was reported at 6:18 p.m. in the N2200 block of Cadiz Springs Road after three vehicles were reported with broken windows and missing belongings. A suspicious vehicle - a black SUV with Washington plates - was reported at the scene. DARLINGTON - On Friday:

• Eduin R. Flores-Flores, 20, Darlington, was cited at 4:58 a.m. for driving without a valid license on Wis. 81, Town of Darlington.

• Deborah L. Egli, 64, Monticello, was cited at 7:28 a.m. for driving with an expired vehicle registration on Wis. 81, Town of Darlington.

• A 911 hang-up occurred at 11:50 a.m. on County D, Town of Lamont.

• Deputies checked an individual's welfare at 12:45 p.m. on County J in Benton.

• A deputy checked an individual's welfare at 1:02 p.m. on South Lake Road, Town of Fayette.

• Debris in the roadway was reported at 3:43 p.m. on Wis. 11, Town of Gratiot.

• A theft was reported at 6:53 p.m. on North Warren Street in South Wayne.

• A restraining order violation was reported at 7:40 p.m. on Mink Farm Road, Town of Wayne.

• April L. Lutz, 34, Monroe, was cited at 7:54 p.m. for driving without proof of vehicle insurance and with a suspended license on Railroad Street in Argyle.

• Deputies checked an individual's welfare at 11:38 p.m. on West Water Street in Shullsburg.

On Saturday:

• Dean M. DeCorte, 20, Schaumburg, Ill., was cited at 12:18 a.m. for underage drinking on County Y, Town of Wiota.

• Theodore J. Hinderman, 32, Hazel Green, was cited at 2:46 a.m. for driving while intoxicated, without proof of vehicle insurance and with open intoxicants, and for criminal damage to property on Thompson Lane, Town of Monticello. A passenger, Jay K. Ward, 36, Hazel Green, was also cited for having open intoxicants in a vehicle.

• Livestock on the roadway were reported at 4:34 a.m. on County M, Town of Wiota.

• Deputies assisted park rangers at 2:17 p.m. at Yellowstone Lake, Town of Fayette.

• A civil dispute was reported at 4:50 p.m. on English Hollow Road, Town of Willow Springs.

• Matthew L. Keast, 43, Darlington, was cited at 5:03 p.m. for driving an ATV in a careless manner and in a prohibited area on the Cheese Country Trail.

• An erratic driver was reported at 6:45 p.m. on Wis. 126, Town of Elk Grove.

• Venkates R. Banumukkala, 38, Powell, Ohio, was cited at 7:38 p.m. for speeding on Wis. 23, Town of Darlington.

• A speeding vehicle was reported at 8:14 p.m. on U.S. 151, Town of Belmont.

• A suspicious person was reported at 8:58 p.m. on Wis. 126, Town of Elk Grove.

On Sunday:

• Suspicious activity was reported at 12:08 a.m. on County N, Town of Wiota.

• Suspicious activity was reported at 2:09 a.m. on County XX, Town of Belmont.

• Harassment was reported at 5:35 p.m. on Glenville Road, Town of Shullsburg.

• A deputy assisted the Darlington Police at 8:25 p.m. on North Main Street in Darlington.

• A deputy assisted the Belmont Police at 10:02 p.m. with a traffic complaint on First Capitol Drive in Belmont.
