Trevor Thuli, 20, Darlington, was cited for driving with a suspended license at 5:17 p.m., following a traffic stop on Main Street.
Laini Medina, 20, Darlington, was cited for driving with a suspended license at 7:19 p.m., following a traffic stop on Wisconsin 81.

MONROE - On Monday, June 17:
At 1:07 a.m., police took a report that a pallet of flowers had been knocked over outside the Garden Spot, 3002 13th St.
A citation for animal nuisance is pending against a dog owner after police responded at 6:22 a.m. to a complaint of a dog barking at a residence in the 1400 block of 19th Street. It was the fourth time police have responded to complaints about the same dog.
Staff at McDonald's, 425 8th St., reported at 9:41 a.m. that an employee had stolen money from another employee. The offending employee was fired. Charges may be pending if arrangements to pay the money back are not met.
A property owner in the 2100 block of 16th Avenue was mailed a warning notice at 12:14 p.m. for unmowed grass.
A man was warned at 12:42 p.m. for riding his bicycle on the sidewalk downtown.
A theft of scrap metal from behind a business in the 1000 block of 5th Avenue was reported at 1:43 p.m.
Police were called to the 2200 block of 8th Avenue at 9:18 p.m. for a complaint of harassing text messages between exes over unpaid rent. The matter is civil, not criminal, and police advised the complainant to change phone numbers.

MONROE - On Monday, June 17:
An investigation into a theft at 10:24 a.m. from Monroe Beverage Mart, 3101 13th St., led to the arrests later in the day of two Browntown residents, though not on charges related to the theft. Dawn K. Lybarger, 40, and Thomas J. Ott, 46, were arrested and jailed for probation violations during a traffic stop at about 6 p.m. in the 400 block of West 8th Street in Monroe. Lybarger was also charged with possession of paraphernalia used to inject heroin (a straw and burnt spoon) and for driving with a suspended license and no vehicle insurance. Lybarger and Ott were using a vehicle that was seen earlier in the day being driven by the female suspect in the theft from Monroe Beverage Mart. The suspect shoplifted two bottles of cognac, valued at $88. She is identified as a blonde woman with a ponytail. She remains at large. Monroe police and the Green County K-9 Unit assisted in the traffic stop.
Brandi S. Ihus, 32, Mineral Point, was cited for following too closely and John Ray Alderman, 56, Brodhead, was cited for driving without vehicle insurance following a two-vehicle crash at 8:12 p.m. in Jefferson Township. Ihus was eastbound behind Alderman in the W4500 block of Wis. 11/81 when he slowed for a vehicle ahead of him turning onto Richland Road and she failed to slow her vehicle in time, rearending him. Alderman's vehicle sustained minor damage. Ihus' vehicle sustained moderate damage. Both were driven from the scene.
Deputies are investigating a hit-and-run on a village community sign in Browntown, reported at 9:01 a.m. The sign is on East Dale Street near School Street. The offending vehicle left no paint transfer on the post. The crash may have occurred Friday, June 14.
