DARLINGTON - Tami Jo Gabel, 57, Darlington, was cited at 11:20 a.m. Wednesday for allowing a dog to run at large on Main Street.

DARLINGTON - On Wednesday:

• Nathan E. Forseth, 29, Belmont, was cited at 12:01 a.m. for driving with open intoxicants, without proof of vehicle insurance and failing to stop at a stop sign on County XX, Town of Belmont.

• Jian Ling Lin, 29, Platteville, was cited at 12:42 a.m. for a child restraint violation on Wisconsin 23, Town of Darlington.

• Livestock on the roadway was reported at 5:21 a.m. on Wis. 78, Town of Argyle.

• A deputy checked an individual's welfare at 7:22 a.m. on Arbor Street in Benton.

• A deputy checked an individual's welfare at 9:30 a.m. on County Z, Town of Seymour.

• An abandoned vehicle was reported at 10:10 a.m. on Sheldon Street in Gratiot.

• A vehicle traveling in the wrong lane was reported at 11:13 a.m. on U.S. 151, Town of Belmont.

• Michael D. Miller, 21, Grand Rapids, Michigan, was cited at 5:46 p.m. for passing in a no-passing zone, speeding and driving at an imprudent speed on Wis. 11, Town of Shullsburg.

• A carbon dioxide alarm was triggered at 10:19 p.m. on County N, Town of Wiota.

• A theft was reported at 10:21 p.m. on County M, Town of Wiota.
