MONROE - Tyler P. McCabe, 27, Monroe, was arrested and jailed on a warrant issued by the Monroe Police Department at 4:45 p.m. Monday after a traffic stop in the 800 block of 19th Avenue. He was also cited for operating after revocation. A passenger in the car, Jillian A. Gowen, 28, Browntown, was arrested and jailed on a probation apprehension request issued by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections.
