BRODHEAD - Samantha E. Murray, 30, Brodhead, was arrested for a Rock County warrant at about 8:15 p.m. June 27 in the 200 block of 10th Street. She was released on a cash bond with a court date.

DARLINGTON - Jerrod T. Hess, 30, Cobb, was arrested for forgery and possession of a controlled substance at about 10 a.m. Sunday. Police report the arrest was a result of an investigation into an incident that took place July 2 in which a prescription was altered.
• Cassie M. Kruser, 21, Darlington, was arrested for driving after revocation at about 8:30 p.m. Friday on Driver Street.
• Victor Velasco-Medel, 23, Darlington, was cited for driving after suspension at about 8:30 a.m. Sunday on Washington Street.
• Matthew R. Flannery, 23, Darlington, was cited for driving after suspension at about 2:15 p.m. Sunday on Main Street.
• Adam G. Crist, 26, Darlington, was cited for a fireworks violation at about 1 p.m. Saturday on West Louisa Street.

MONROE - Two people were arrested for warrants at about midnight Saturday in the 1000 block of 8th Avenue. Jason M. Dunlap, 26, Monroe, was arrested for warrants issued by the Monroe Police Department, Green County Sheriff's Department, Lafayette County Sheriff's Department and the Wisconsin Department of Corrections. Shelley K. Schmid, 41, Monroe, was arrested for warrants issued by the Green County Sheriff's Department. They were jailed.
• James G. Milestone, 46, Monroe, was arrested for disorderly conduct and two counts of bail jumping at about 1:15 a.m. Saturday in the 1100 block of 15th Avenue. He was jailed.

MONROE - Kevin R. McGuire, 44, Albany, was arrested for possession of marijuana and disorderly conduct following a domestic dispute at about 6 a.m. Saturday at a residence on Ware Road. He was jailed.
• Two people were arrested following a report of a fight at about 3:15 a.m. at a campground in Decatur township. Gary L. Bender, 21, and David R. Bender, 28, both of Chicago, were cited for disorderly conduct. They were released pending court.
• Jesus Rios Garcia, 42, Monroe, was cited for second-offense driving without a license at about 4:45 a.m. Friday on County P at Wisconsin 69. He was released pending court.
