MONROE - Richard D. Ward, 19, Monroe, was arrested for an Albany Police Department warrant at about 11:15 p.m. Thursday in the 4000 block of 4th Avenue. He was jailed.
• Two 15-year-old juveniles and a 16-year-old juvenile were charged with prowling and attempted theft following a report of people entering vehicle at about 11:30 p.m. Thursday in the 2700 block of 8 1/2 Street. They were released to their parents.

MONROE - Scott T. Comstack, 48, Stoughton, was cited for driving after suspension, non-registration of a vehicle and speeding following a traffic stop at about 11:45 a.m. Thursday in the N4500 block of Wisconsin 69. He was released pending court.
