Monroe Police

MONROE - Anthony P. Banks, 25, Beloit, was arrested at 2:28 p.m. Wednesday in the 2800 block of 6th Street on a Rock County Sheriff's Department warrant for possession of a stun gun. Banks was also charged with driving a vehicle after revocation, 10th offense. He was jailed pending court.



Green County Sheriff

MONROE - On Wednesday:

• Joseph R. Berger, 48, rural Monroe, was arrested for domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct following a disturbance in the W6000 block of Loveland Road, Town of Washington. Berger was jailed pending court.

• Levi J. Rundle, 17, Brodhead, was arrested at 4:21 p.m. for criminal damage to property after deputies responded to a complaint of vandalism in the W500 block of County F, Town of Decatur. Rundle was jailed pending court.

• Justin C. Halverson, 25, Janesville, was arrested at 8:24 p.m. in the W1400 block of Wisconsin 11, Town of Spring Grove, for a warrant issued by the Rock County Sheriff's Office for failure to pay a fine. Halverson was also cited for speeding following a traffic stop. He posted bond and was released.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - On Wednesday:

• A deputy responded to a complaint of an injured deer at 7:40 a.m. on Wisconsin 81, Darlington Township. The deer was hit by an unknown vehicle.

• A deputy checked the welfare of an individual on Main Street, Benton, at 11:25 a.m.

• Deputies assisted Darlington police by attempting to locate a vehicle whose occupants were involved in a retail theft incident at a business on Wisconsin 23, Darlington. The suspects and vehicle were located in Green County at 1:21 p.m.

• A deputy responded at 4:07 p.m. to check on children playing with air guns at the Village Park, Benton.

• A deputy responded to a report of livestock on the roadway at 8:40 p.m. on County F, Fayette Township.

• Alysha M. Monahan, 17, Argyle, was cited at 11:50 p.m. for underage transportation of intoxicants on Colfax Street, Argyle.
