DARLINGTON - Mitchell Ruegsegger, 26, Blanchardville, was arrested for driving while intoxicated, third-offense driving after suspension and open intoxicants in a vehicle at about 2:30 a.m. Sunday in Wisconsin 81. A passenger in the vehicle, Patricia Hexom, 46, Watertown, was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and open intoxicants in a vehicle. They were released pending court.
• Brandon Black, 24, Darlington, was cited for inattentive driving, open intoxicants in a vehicle and failure to report an accident July 8 following an investigation of a two-vehicle accident that took place at about 2:30 a.m. July 5 on Hill Street. Police report Black's vehicle rear-ended a parked vehicle and then left the scene.
• Francisco Mora-Gomez, 23, Darlington, was cited for driving without a license at about 10:45 a.m. July 6 on Wis. 81.
• Rodimiro Gutierrez Santacruz, 20, Darlington, was cited for driving after suspension and a seatbelt violation at about 7 p.m. Tuesday.
• Esteban Durran Durran, 55, Darlington, was cited for driving after revocation at about 9 p.m. Saturday on Main Street.

NEW GLARUS - Jennel R. Ray, 24, New Glarus, was arrested for a Green County warrant at about 8:30 p.m. July 6. She was jailed.
• Police are investigating vandalism and items taken from a vehicle reported at about noon Thursday. Police report the back window of a vehicle was smashed while parked at an Industrial Drive business. A purse containing personal identification, cash, jewelry and other items was taken. MONROE - Peter M. Gabriel, 33, Lockport, Ill., was cited for theft of property following a report of a theft of a golf cart about 5:45 a.m. Saturday at the Sweet Mini Ha Ha Campground in Decatur township. He was released pending court. Raymond C. Scott, 43, Beloit, was arrested for a Rock County warrant. He posted bond and was released.
• Edna L. Green, 49, Albany, was arrested for a Beloit Police Department warrant at about 4:30 p.m. Sunday. She was turned over to the Beloit Police Department.
