DARLINGTON - Matthew Wylie, 27, Darlington, was arrested on warrants for failing to pay citations for speeding and operating after suspension at 10:11 p.m. Wednesday after police stopped him on Madison Street. He faces a new charge of resisting or obstructing an officer.

• Daniel Ubersox, 30, Blanchardville, was cited for operating after suspension and not having proof of insurance at 7:45 a.m. after police stopped him on County Y in the Town of Wiota.
• Alec McCann, 24, Buffalo Grove, Ill., was cited for speeding at 6:44 p.m. after police stopped him on Wisconsin 11 in the Town of Benton.
• Gunnar Fuchs, 24, Freeport, was cited for possessing marijuana at 8:26 p.m. after police stopped him on Wis. 11 in South Wayne.
• Suspicious activity was reported at 7:20 p.m. on Wolf Creek Lane in Gratiot.
• A suspicious person was reported at 10:57 p.m. on East Center Street in South Wayne.
