DARLINGTON - Lisa A. Foulker, 38, Darlington, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct at about 4:50 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 18, following a disturbance at a residence on Ann Street. She was jailed pending court.

MONROE - Jeremy A. Kainz, 26, Monroe, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, possession of drug paraphernalia and felony bail-jumping at about 3 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 22, after police responded to a disturbance in the 500 block of West 21st Street. Kainz was jailed.
- A gas station in the 700 block of 8th Street reported a gas drive-off of $76.78 at about 1:45 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 22. The incident is under investigation.
- A business in the 600 block of 3rd Avenue reported at 9:09 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 21, that the front door had been shattered but there was no evidence of a burglary.
- A mailbox in the 900 block of 2nd Street had been rammed and smashed, reported a resident at 11:59 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 21.
- Possible child abuse was reported by a family member at 2:15 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 22, in the 800 block of 25th Avenue. Police and Green County Human Services are investigating the cause of bruises on a child.
- A customer at a business in the 700 block of 8th Street reported at 3:23 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 21, that a wallet left on the conveyer belt by the cashier had been stolen. Police are reviewing video surveillance footage for evidence.
- An employee at a business in the 100 block of North 18th Avenue reported personal money stolen at the checkout at 4:34 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 21.
- A firearm was reported as stolen from a basement storage unit in an apartment complex in the 800 block of 15th Avenue at 7:19 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 21.
- A snowmobiler was warned for driving on private property after a resident in the 200 block of 11th Street complained at 9:53 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 22.
New Glarus Police
NEW GLARUS - Timothy M. Moote, 54, Freeport, Ill., was cited for speeding at 4:40 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 17, on Wisconsin 69 at 11th Avenue.
- Bruce W. Greer, 45, New Glarus, was arrested at an unspecified location at 12:52 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 19, on an active warrant issued by the Green County Circuit Court. He was jailed.
- Officers took a report at 5 p.m. Monday, Jan. 16, that trespassing had occurred within the last few weeks at an unoccupied residence in the 400 block of 8th Avenue.
- A telephone scam was reported at 12:13 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 17. A New Glarus resident told officers a caller from "Medical Advantage Card" had attempted to defraud the resident. The scam failed, and the resident lost no money.
- A person was warned for littering after officers took a complaint at 2:03 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 17, that the person was dumping personal items into a business dumpster in the 500 block of 1st Street.
- A New Glarus business reported at 2:22 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 17, that someone had attempted to defraud it. The business received a fax and then a call requesting assistance with a vehicle and money wired via Western Union. The scam failed, and the business lost no money.
- A "large amount of quarters" was reported as stolen at 1:49 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 18, from a coin machine in a car wash in the 10 block of 14th Avenue. The coin machine was also damaged during the theft. Police are asking anyone with information or anyone who saw anything suspicious the night of Jan. 17 or early morning hours of Jan. 18 to call the department at (608) 527-2145.
Green County Sheriff
MONROE - Corinne E. Farias, 30, Juda, was cited for failure to wear a seatbelt following a one-vehicle crash reported at 4:05 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 22, in the W4800 block of Wisconsin 11 in the Town of Sylvester. Farias lost control of her vehicle on an icy patch, and it overturned onto its side in a ditch. The vehicle was moderately damaged and removed from the scene by a private party. The Monroe Fire Department and Green County EMS also assisted at the scene.
- Deputies are continuing to investigate a one-vehicle crash reported at 9:40 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 22, in the W900 block of Wis. 11 in the Town of Spring Grove. The driver apparently lost control of the vehicle, veered into a ditch and hit a mailbox, then fled. The vehicle sustained minor damage and was towed from the scene.
