MONROE - Brittany P. Williams, 26, Monroe, was arrested in the 300 block of 4th Street at 6:29 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 10, on a warrant issued by the Green County Sheriff's Department for failure to pay a fine. She was jailed pending a cash bond.
- A property owner in the 500 block of West 21st Street was warned at 12:40 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 10, to remove an excess of trash on the property.

DARLINGTON - Dustin R. Millard, 26, Mineral Point, was cited for driving with a suspended license and without vehicle insurance at 2:36 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 10, on County H in the Town of Benton.
- Julie A. Redfearn, 38, Benton, was cited at 3:52 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 10, on County J in the Town of Benton for passing in a no-passing zone.
- Deputies are looking for a driver who abandoned a severely damaged vehicle on Aetna Road in the Town of New Diggings after getting in a rollover accident. The Benton Fire Department, Benton First Response and Hazel Green EMS responded with deputies at 8 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 10, to the scene of the accident. The driver had apparently lost control and hit an embankment, causing the vehicle to overturn and come to rest on its roof.
