Cade Z. Foreman, 25, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, was transported at 12:42 p.m. from the Linn County Iowa Jail to the Lafayette County Jail for active warrants. Foreman remains in custody.
A theft complaint was reported at 1:55 p.m. to Tish Road in Wiota Township.
A deputy responded at 2:15 p.m. to County Y in Wiota Township for a welfare check.
An animal problem was reported at 4:42 p.m. on County O in Shullsburg Township.
Vincenzo L. Vitale, 39, Winnebago, Illinois, was cited at 6:42 p.m. for failure to stop at stop sign on County W, White Oak Springs Township.
John R. Kostelz, 20, Joliet, Illinois, was cited for failure to stop at stop sign at 7:20 p.m. on County W, White Oak Springs Township.
Deputies responded at 7:39 p.m. to West Riverside Road in Gratiot Township for a 911 misdial.
An erratic driver was reported at 8:49 p.m. on Wis. 81 in Seymour Township. Darlington Police assisted.

A keep-the-peace complaint was reported at 10:05 a.m. on Main Street in Gratiot.
An injured animal on the road was reported at 11:50 a.m. on Dunbarton Road in Gratiot.
A deputy responded at 3:32 p.m. to East Center Street in South Wayne to assist with a vehicle unlock.
A domestic dispute was reported at 3:49 a.m. on Main Street in Willow Springs Township.
A parking complaint was reported at 5:32 p.m. on West Center Street in South Wayne.
An injured animal in the road was reported at 5:32 p.m. on Wisconsin 23 in Willow Springs Township.

A disabled vehicle was reported at 9:18 p.m. on Wis. 126 in Elk Grove Township. Belmont Police assisted.

MONROE - On Thursday: James C. Chancy, 42, Madison, was cited for speeding and operating after revocation at 1:11 p.m. in the N9100 block of Wis. 69 in New Glarus. He was released pending court.

MONROE - Shane D. Riley, 31, McConnell, Illinois, was arrested on charges of substantial battery and disorderly conduct after police responded at 1:23 p.m. Wednesday to a report of a fight in progress in the Kwik Trip parking lot in the 700 block of 8th Avenue. Investigation revealed Riley punched a 69-year-old South Wayne man after the man arrived to give Riley a ride. The man, an acquaintance of Riley's, suffered a suspected broken nose and other facial injuries and was transported by Green County EMS for treatment. Riley was also wanted on a warrant for child support from the Green County Sheriff's Office and taken into custody on an apprehension request from the Wisconsin Department of Corrections. He was jailed pending court.
