Brodhead Police

BRODHEAD - Londa L. Moldenhauer, 49, Brodhead, was arrested on a third-offense charge of driving while intoxicated at 8:30 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 20, in the 2300 block of East Third Avenue. She was also cited for unsafe lane deviation and driving with a suspended license. She was released on bond and issued a court date.

• Tonia L. Lin, 26, Janesville, was cited for speeding in the 200 block of First Street at 11:08 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 22.

• Two Brodhead juvenile males were cited for disorderly conduct in the 2500 block of West Fifth Avenue at 11:20 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 23.

• Cole D. Nordeng, 26, Brodhead, was cited for disorderly conduct in the 1500 block of First Center Avenue at 5:10 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 23.

• Denise J. Lippert, 47, Clinton, was cited for speeding at 9:34 p.m. Friday, Jan. 25, in the 100 block of East Second Avenue.

• A 16-year-old Brodhead male was cited for a violation of his driver's license restrictions at 10 p.m. Friday, Jan. 25, in the 1700 block of First Center Avenue.



Monroe Police

MONROE - Kyle S. Smith, 26, Monroe, was cited for non-registration of a vehicle following a traffic stop at 8:52 a.m. Monday, Jan. 28, in the 600 block of Eighth Avenue.

• Police were called to a dispute between an ex-boyfriend and ex-girlfriend who have a child together at 11:28 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 27, at a residence in the 1800 block of 10th Street. She reportedly came over to see if he wanted to get back together, but he said no and left her at the home alone while he drove to Freeport to pick up some belongings. While he was gone, she allegedly cut up a bunch of his clothing. Police made no arrests and referred the case to the District Attorney for a review of possible charges.

• A downstairs tenant in an apartment building in the 2200 block of First Street called police at 11:30 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 27, to complain about upstairs tenants clunking around. The upstairs residents claimed they were just wrestling. Police advised all involved to take the complaints to their landlord for a resolution.

• A person in the 300 block of 26th Street reported unauthorized charges on a business' charge card at 10:53 a.m. Monday, Jan. 28. Police checked with the business and discovered there have been security issues with its cards.

• A woman came into the police station at 2:09 p.m. Monday, Jan. 28, to report a violation of a restraining order. She alleged that a Monroe resident in the 700 block of 17th Avenue had violated a Stephenson County temporary restraining order she had against him by writing insults about her on Facebook. Police advised her to contact Stephenson County authorities.

• Police responded to a report of a dog barking outside for two hours at 7:23 p.m. Monday, Jan. 28, in the 2500 block of Eighth Street. Officers walked around the neighborhood but did not locate the dog.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - On Monday, Jan. 28:

• Adalberto Abad Rosado, 24, Darlington, was cited for driving without a valid license and failure to notify law enforcement of an accident after deputies responded at 6:54 a.m. to a one-vehicle accident on Red Rock Road in the Town of Darlington. Abad Rosado lost control on the icy roadway, and the 1999 Buick Regal he was driving went into the ditch, where it rolled over and came to a rest on its roof. The Buick was moderately damaged and towed.

• Gary L. Weiskircher, 62, Shullsburg, was cited for unreasonable and imprudent speeding and driving without proof of vehicle insurance at 2:20 p.m. on Wisconsin 23 in the Town of Willow Springs.

• A deputy assisted the Darlington Police Department at 4:04 p.m. with an investigation into reported threats to cause harm by making contact with an involved person at a residence on Gunderson Road in the Town of Blanchard.

• A burglary at a business on West Liberty Street in Belmont was reported at 9:25 p.m. A deputy assisted the Winnebago County Sheriff's Department and Belmont police with the case.
