BRODHEAD - Jonathan Leverten-Duerst, 16, Brodhead, was arrested for operating while intoxicated, open intoxicants, operating while suspended, and underage drinking violations at about 11:30 p.m. Saturday in the 500 block of 12th Street. He was released with a court date.
Leah B. Douglas, 18, Brodhead, was cited for contributing to the delinquency of a child at about 6:45 p.m. Friday in the 900 block of East Fourth Avenue. A court date was issued.
Thomas J. Ihde, 19, Brodhead, was cited for driving too fast for conditions Jan. 20 in the 700 block of 14th Street. A court date was issued.
Michael M. Buss, 44, Brodhead, was cited for non-registration of a motor vehicle at about 5:30 a.m. Saturday in the 1200 block of 1st Center Avenue. A court date was issued.
MONROE POLICE
MONROE - Angela M. Roush, 35, Monroe, was arrested for disorderly conduct as the result of a domestic dispute at about 5:15 a.m. Saturday in the 1800 block of 10th Avenue. Roush posted bond and was released with a court appearance.
Dale L. Finley, 27, Monroe, was arrested on an outstanding Lafayette County Sheriff's Department warrant, failure to pay fine, at about 2 p.m. Sunday in the 800 block of 21st Avenue. Finley was jailed.
GREEN COUNTY SHERIFF
MONROE - Matthew J. Hill, 34, Evansville, was arrested for possession of THC, and cited for failure to comply with regulatory signs, operating a snowmobile while under the influence of an intoxicant and operating a snowmobile with prohibited alcohol concentration at about 12:15 a.m. Saturday on Pratt Road north of East Lake Avenue, Village of Monticello, after a Green County Deputy and a DNR Warden stopped the snowmobile for failure to obey a stop sign. Hill was released pending court.
LAFAYETTE COUNTY
DARLINGTON - Jonathan H. Hartwig, 48, Argyle, was taken into custody for bail jumping at about 1:30 p.m. Friday. He was jailed.
Brooke P. Nolte, 20, Shullsburg, was taken into custody for a Lafayette County warrant, failure to appear, at about 6:15 p.m. Friday. Nolte was jailed.
Connie L. Baumann, 50, Belmont, was arrested for operating while intoxicated and driving on the wrong side of the roadway at about 8:45 p.m. Friday following a report of a vehicle traveling south in the northbound lane of U.S. 151 in Belmont township. Baumann later was released pending a court appearance.
A deputy responded to a location on County O in Kendall township at about 1:45 p.m. Saturday for an animal neglect case. The incident remains under investigation.
JoAnna L. Adams, 46, South Wayne, was cited for barking dogs at about 4 p.m. Saturday on South Galena Street, South Wayne.
Justin W. Young, 22, Argyle, was taken into custody at about 1 p.m. Sunday on Lafayette Street in Argyle, on a valid apprehension warrant issued by the Department of Corrections. Young was jailed.
Deputies assisted the Belmont Police Department with a stolen vehicle case. The vehicle was reported stolen from West Commerce Street in Belmont on Saturday night. It was located several hours later parked on a nearby street. No further information was available.
Dale L. Finley, 27, Monroe, was transported from Green County Jail to Lafayette County Jail on a valid Lafayette County warrant at about 2 p.m. Sunday. He remains jailed.
