Monroe Police

MONROE - On Monday, Jan. 20:

• Nicholas D. Siegel, 20, Argyle, was arrested at 12:19 a.m. when police performing a security check on a business in the 1000 block of 9th Street found Siegel parked in a vehicle in the business' parking lot. Siegel had an outstanding warrant from the Wisconsin Department of Corrections and he was confined in the Green County Jail.

• Kyrene R. Tevino, 28, Monroe, was arrested at 3:29 a.m. on two outstanding warrants from Monroe Police for disorderly conduct and battery in the 2900 block of 13th Street. Trevino was confined in the Green County Jail pending court.

• Joshua L. Smiley, 26, Beloit, was arrested at 12:10 p.m. outside a strip mall in the 300 block of 6th Avenue after allegedly fleeing from loss prevention staff at Walmart. Smiley was charged with three counts of retail theft and confined in the Green County Jail.

• John L. Reigle, 50, Beloit, was taken into custody on an apprehension request form the Wisconsin Department of Corrections and confined in the Green County Jail at 1:03 p.m.

• Jaron D. Neuenschwander-Luebke, 21, Monroe, was arrested at 7:42 p.m. at a residence on an outstanding warrant from the Green County Sheriff's Department for failure to pay child support. Police were conducting a consensual search for another wanted individual at the residence where they found Neuenschwander-Luebke and confined him in the Green County Jail.

• Seancody L. Anderson, 19, Monroe, was arrested at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 21 at a residence in the 600 block of 17th Avenue. Anderson was wanted on two warrants issued through the Monroe Police Department, one for disorderly conduct and one for retail theft. The warrants stemmed from incidents in July and August of 2013. Anderson was confined in the Green County Jail pending court.



Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Deputies stopped a vehicle for a traffic infraction at 1:08 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 18 on Wis. 11 near Steiner Road, Clarno Township. Scott E. Wilkinson, 39, Stockton, Ill., was arrested for operating while intoxicated, third offense, and was also cited for open intoxicants in a motor vehicle. He was jailed pending court.

On Sunday, Jan. 19:

• Tanya C. Gruter, 21, Belleville, was arrested after deputies found her vehicle in the ditch in the W5200 block of Airport Road, New Glarus Township. She was cited at 3:08 a.m. for operating while intoxicated, second offense, and was also cited for operating too fast for conditions as well as possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Ronald H. Gundlach, 54, New Glarus, was arrested at a residence on Argue Road in Exeter Township at 4:43 p.m. on a Green County Civil Process, contempt of court warrant. The warrant was issued for failure to submit a septic tank maintenance certificate and failure to make Green County Cooperation Counsel payments. Gundlach was jailed.

• Lucas S. Roesslein, 34, Brodhead, was arrested at a residence in Brodhead at 8:52 p.m. on a Green County warrant for failure to pay a fine on an OWI second-offense charge. Roesslein was incarcerated pending court.



Darlington Police

DARLINGTON - Travis Aide, 17, Gratiot, was arrested at 11:47 p.m. Friday, Jan. 17 for operating a vehicle after revocation following a traffic stop on Ames Road. Aide was also cited for underage possession of tobacco.

• John L. Bickett, 36, Darlington, was arrested at 7:50 p.m. Monday, Jan. 20 on a warrant for possession of THC through Lafayette County.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - On Monday, Jan. 20:

• A deputy responded at 1:46 a.m. to a report of a vehicle in the ditch on Mound View Avenue in Belmont Township.

• A deputy assisted the Darlington Police at 12:26 p.m. with a suspicious person complaint on East Street in Darlington.

• A deputy responded to a report at 5:15 p.m. of a suspicious person on Wis. 11 in the Village of South Wayne.

• A deputy responded at 6:35 p.m. to a traffic complaint on Bluff View Court in the Village of Argyle.

On Tuesday, Jan. 21:

• A deputy responded at 4:20 a.m. to a semi jack-knifed on County W in Gratiot Township. The deputy provided traffic control until the semi could be moved.

• A deputy responded at 8:27 a.m. to Sales Barn Road in Belmont Township to check on the welfare of an individual.

• A deputy responded at 8:35 a.m. to Wis. 81 in Seymour Township for a traffic complaint of a disabled vehicle. The deputy provided traffic control until the vehicle was removed.

• A deputy responded at 1:00 p.m. to Apple Grove Church Road in Argyle Township to keep the peace during a property exchange.

• A deputy responded at 1:23 p.m. to West Center Street in South Wayne for a traffic complaint of vehicles parked on the street that needed to be removed for snow removal.

• A deputy responded at 9:20 p.m. to County XX in Belmont Township to check the welfare of an individual.

• A deputy responded at 11:08 p.m. to Valley Road in Argyle Township to check the welfare of an individual.
