Monroe Police MONROE - On Monday, Jan. 20: • Nicholas D. Siegel, 20, Argyle, was arrested at 12:19 a.m. when police performing a security check on a business in the 1000 block of 9th Street found Siegel parked in a vehicle in the business' parking lot. Siegel had an outstanding warrant from the Wisconsin Department of Corrections and he was confined in the Green County Jail. • Kyrene R. Tevino, 28, Monroe, was arrested at 3:29 a.m. on two outstanding warrants from Monroe Police for disorderly conduct and battery in the 2900 block of 13th Street.
