ALBANY POLICE

ALBANY - On Friday:

• A juvenile was cited for disorderly conduct.

• Brandon J. Fischer, 30, Orangeville, Ill., was cited for driving with a suspended license.

On Sunday, Martin D. Trone, 51, Argyle, was arrested on a Freeport warrant and for obstructing an officer, felony bail jumping, possession of drug paraphernalia, non-registration of a vehicle and displaying false vehicle plates.



BRODHEAD POLICE

BRODHEAD - For the week of Jan. 10 to Jan. 16, there were 100 calls for service, 23 citizen assists, 13 registrations, 11 911 calls, nine assists of other agencies, eight security checks, five EMS calls and four traffic stops.

On Jan. 10, a gas drive-off was reported at 7:39 p.m. in the 2400 block of 1st Center Avenue. The incident was found to be accidental.

On Jan. 11, police contacted a driver at 7:13 p.m. who was wrongfully parked in the 2500 block of West 5th Avenue. The vehicle was moved.

On Jan. 12, a juvenile was reported creating a disturbance at 9:19 a.m. in the 1400 block of 21st Street. The matter was referred to Juvenile Intake.

On Friday:

• A person was reported sending unwanted text messages at 3:42 p.m. in the 1400 block of 21st Street. The offender was issued a verbal warning.

• A barking dog was reported at 7:40 p.m. in the 600 block of 1st Center Avenue. The owner was contacted and issued a warning.

On Saturday, a gas drive-off was reported at 2:34 p.m. in the 2400 block of 1st Center Avenue. The incident was found to be accidental.



GREEN COUNTY SHERIFF

MONROE - Gregory S. Grinder, 38, Hollandale, was arrested at 3:54 p.m. Friday for possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia and a warrant from the Wisconsin Department of Corrections. Grinder was jailed pending court.



MONROE POLICE

MONROE - Eric J. Gruber, 48, Monroe, was arrested at 12:33 a.m. in the 1300 block of 17th Street for bail jumping. Gruber was jailed pending bond.



NEW GLARUS POLICE

NEW GLARUS - On Jan. 10:

• Police cited a vehicle at 12:15 p.m. for a 24-hour parking violation and for being parked as an unregistered vehicle. The owner agreed to move the vehicle by the next day.

• A carbon monoxide alarm was triggered at 7:53 p.m. at a New Glarus residence.

On Jan. 11:

• Thomas M. Becker, 49, Monticello, was cited at 2 p.m. for speeding in the 500 block of 3rd Avenue.

• Ross E. Dennison, 30, Reedsburg, was cited at 3:40 p.m. for a seatbelt violation and driving without vehicle insurance on Wisconsin 69 at Kubly Road.
