Monroe Police

MONROE - Kayla R. Solberger, 26, Monroe, was cited for inattentive driving after police responded to an accident with no injuries in the 1600 block of 23rd Street at 6:29 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 16. Solberger collided with a legally parked vehicle belonging to David L. Moore, Monroe.

• Rachel E. Bartels, 20, Blanchardville, was cited for retail theft at Shopko, 405 W. 8th St., at 7:41 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 16.



Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Stephen Duane Detra, 38, Albany, was arrested on charges of first-offense driving while intoxicated, felony bail jumping and resisting an officer after deputies responded at 12:04 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 16, to a call about a vehicle stopped in the middle of Purintun Road at Tin Can Road in the Town of Albany. The vehicle left the scene but was later located in the W2000 block of Purintun Road, and Detra identified as the driver. He was also cited for having open intoxicants in the vehicle. He was jailed.

• Justin W. Wenger, 30, Monticello, was arrested at the Green County Justice Center in Monroe at 8:25 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 16, on a warrant issued by the Department of Corrections. He was jailed.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - On Wednesday, Jan. 16:

• Richard A. Grolbert, 32, Belmont, was arrested on Chestnut Street in Belmont at 4:36 p.m. on a valid warrant issued by Lafayette County. He was jailed.

• Kristopher F. Klauer, 27, Benton, was cited for driving with an expired license after a deputy responded at 11:39 p.m. to a report of a vehicle in the ditch on County J in the Town of Benton.

• A restraining order violation was reported at 9:45 a.m. on Furnace Hill Road in the Town of Willow Springs.
