MONROE - Samuel R. Schutte, 25, Monroe, was arrested for two counts of battery and two counts of disorderly conduct following a domestic dispute at about 7 p.m. Friday in Monroe. He was jailed.
• Bonny L. Block, 51, Monroe, was arrested for third-offense drunken driving at about 1:30 a.m. Saturday in the 1900 block of 16th Avenue. Block was released pending court.
