Monroe Police

MONROE - A dog-walker in Twining Park, 400 14th Ave., was warned at 1:28 p.m. Monday, Feb. 20, against bringing a dog into the park, a violation of city code.

- Skateboarders were warned at 5:41 p.m. Monday, Feb. 20, against skating in the street in the 800 block of 17th Street.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Sean M. Waterman, 32, Brodhead, was arrested on an Orfordville Police warrant for failure to pay fines and on charges of possessing THC and drug paraphernalia at 5:43 a.m. Monday, Feb. 20, after deputies stopped a vehicle for a moving violation on County E at County EE in the Town of Albany. Waterman was also cited for non-registration of vehicle, failure to stop at a stop sign, driving an uninsured vehicle and driving with a revoked license. He was jailed pending court. The Monroe Police Department K-9 Unit assisted in Waterman's arrest.

- Douglas M. Artman, 31, Monroe, was arrested at 4:42 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 18, in the lobby of the Green County Sheriff's Department for two warrants issued by Green County for failure to pay child support. He was jailed pending court.

- Jace M. Johnsrud, 18, Browntown, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated (first offense) at 10:42 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 18, after deputies stopped a vehicle for a moving violation in the 800 block of Wisconsin 69 in Monroe. He was released pending court.

- Tiffany M. Swanston, 22, Edgerton, was cited for driving without a valid license at 3:07 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 19, after deputies stopped a vehicle for a moving violation in the W2500 block of Wisconsin 92 in the Town of Exeter.

- David P. Ott, 50, Cottage Grove, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated (third offense) at 2:21 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 19, after deputies responded to a report of a vehicle stuck in a ditch in the N1200 block of Clarno Road in the Town of Clarno.

Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - A possible burglary was reported at 4:48 p.m. Monday, Feb. 20, at a residence on County Club Road in the Town of Seymour. The incident remains under investigation.

- Gerald A. McKibbon, 22, South Wayne, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct at 4:16 p.m. Friday, Feb. 17, following a disturbance at a residence on North State Street in Argyle. McKibbon was jailed.

- Minda L. Saalsaa, 24, Argyle, was arrested at 11:39 p.m. Friday, Feb. 17, on charges of driving while intoxicated on Wisconsin 78 in Argyle. She was also cited for operating left of center and keeping open intoxicants in the vehicle. A passenger, Camie S. Peterson, 37, Argyle, was also cited for keeping open intoxicants in the vehicle.

- Cameron L. Wahl, 19, Argyle, was cited for inattentive driving at 4:59 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 18, after a one-vehicle accident on Puddle Duck Road in the Town of Argyle. He was reportedly driving a truck northbound when he failed to negotiate a corner, veered off the road, hit a fence and continued through a yard, coming to a rest among some trees. He told deputies he had fallen asleep. The truck was moderately damaged and towed from the scene.

- Stephanie A. Coren, 21, Verona, was cited for speeding at 2:47 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 19, on Wisconsin 81 in the Town of Elk Grove.

- Bryan M. Heins, 24, Dodgeville, was cited for speeding at 8:39 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 19, on County XX in the Town of Belmont.

- Clayton C. Lewis, 19, Rockton, Ill., was cited for speeding at 6:03 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 19, on Wisconsin 11 in the Town of Shullsburg.

- Criminal damage to a headstone at Woodlawn Cemetery in the Town of Argyle was reported at 8:10 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 19.

- Vandalism to a mailbox on County Line Road in the Town of Fayette was reported at 8:25 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 19.
