Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Steven S. Quam, 22, Madison, was arrested at 3:41 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 4, for possession of THC with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia and non-registration of a vehicle. Quam was also cited for failure to stop at a stop sign at Wis. 69 and Lake Avenue, Village of Monticello. Quam's two passengers Skylar C. Mineau, 19, Madison, and Alex K. Bullard, 26, Madison, were also arrested for possession of THC with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bullard was also cited for possession of ecstasy. All three subjects were jailed pending court. The Monroe Police Department K-9 unit assisted with the case.



Monroe Police

MONROE - On Tuesday, Feb. 4:

• Miguel A. Langarcia, 42, Freeport, was arrested at 2:38 a.m. in the 500 block of 6h Street following a report of a wanted person being at the location. Langarcia was charged with two counts of felony bail jumping, for having prohibited contact and with committing a crime while on bond. He was confined in the Green County Jail pending court.

• A set of keys found at a car wash in the 2900 block of 13th Street were turned over to the police department at 1:41 p.m. The keys may be identified and claimed at the department.

• Police opened an investigation at 9:30 p.m. into a complaint that a person named in a restraining order has been attempting to make contact with the petitioner. The case remains open.



Darlington Police

DARLINGTON - Dolores Hernadez-Ortiz, 24, Darlington, was cited at 5:52 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 4, for operating a vehicle without a license and a violation of child safety restraint following a traffic stop on Center Hill.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - On Tuesday, Feb. 4:

• Tammy S. Herrington, 41, South Wayne, was arrested for disorderly conduct at 9:00 a.m. following a report of a disturbance on West Center Street, Village of South Wayne.

• Michael J. Kirschbaum, 27, Belmont, was apprehended at 12:48 p.m. on a valid warrant issued by the Lafayette County Sheriff's Department. Kirschbaum was transported to the Lafayette County jail.

• A deputy took a report of theft from a vehicle at 6:08 p.m. on Mayer Road, Wayne Township. The incident remains under investigation.

• A deputy responded to check the welfare of an individual at 7:30 a.m. on White School Road, Gratiot Township.
