BRODHEAD - Brendan W. Demeny, 17, Brodhead, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, disorderly conduct and possession of fireworks following a traffic stop at about 3:15 p.m. Jan. 26 in the 1600 block of West Seventh Avenue. He was released pending court. Two 16-year-old passengers in the vehicle were arrested for disorderly conduct and one of the passengers was additionally charged with shooting an air pistol. They were released pending court.
• Kevin E. Wines, 49, Brodhead, was arrested for disorderly conduct at about 2:30 a.m. Friday in the 1000 block of First Center Avenue. He was jailed.
• Brian R. Green, 26, Brodhead, was arrested for a warrant issued by the Osceola County Sheriff's Department at about 11:15 a.m. Saturday in the 1000 block of West Exchange Street. He was transported to the Green County Jail.
• Marina Gurns, 47, Albany, was arrested for driving without a license following a traffic stop at about 11:30 a.m. Friday in the N200 block of First Center Avenue. She was released pending court.
• Leif G. Olsen, Cottage Grove, was cited for failure to yield the right of way following a traffic stop at about 1:45 p.m. Saturday in the 100 block of First Street. He was released pending court.

NEW GLARUS - Juan Fransmo Lopez-Alba, 27, New Glarus, was cited for driving without a license following a traffic stop at about 12:45 p.m. Thursday on Sixth Avenue.
• Zachary R. Knell, 23, Monroe, was cited for driving after suspension following a traffic stop at about 2 p.m. Saturday on Wisconsin 69 near 11th Avenue.

MONROE - Leon E. Bridges, 19, Evansville, was arrested for possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, driving under the influence of a controlled substance and speeding following a traffic stop at about 7:45 p.m. Monday on Wis. 92 at County D in Exeter township. He was jailed. A passenger in the vehicle, Joshua D. Schnell, 21, Janesville, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released pending court.

DARLINGTON - Four people were arrested following a report of a disturbance at about 2 p.m. Monday at a residence on County F in Blanchard township. Matthew R. Flannery, 22, Blanchardville, was arrested for battery, disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property; Angela C. Flannery, 21, Blanchardville, was arrested for criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct and a warrant issued by the Iowa County Sheriff's Department; Eddie S. Bennett, 32, Mineral Point, was arrested for battery; and Dana M. Flannery, 20, Blanchardville, was charged with disorderly conduct. All were released pending court.

MONROE - Keisha L. Kee, 19, Monroe, was arrested for disorderly conduct and underage drinking following a report of a domestic dispute at about 10 p.m. Tuesday in the 700 block of 12th Avenue. She was jailed.
