MONROE - On Wednesday:
• Jason A. Henthorn, 38, Rockford, was arrested at 1:48 a.m. on a Rock County warrant in the 2100 block of Wisconsin 69. Henthorn was jailed.
• Amy L. Webber, 42, Monroe, was arrested at 12:38 p.m. on a Lafayette County warrant in the 1600 block of 11th Street. Webber was jailed.

• A traffic complaint was made at 12:56 p.m. on West Center Street in South Wayne.
