MONROE - Anthony B. Nicoletti, 53, Monroe, was cited at 10:49 a.m. Monday for disorderly conduct after police responded to a disturbance in the 800 block of 13th Avenue. Nicoletti was released pending court.

• A deputy checked the welfare of an individual at 2:40 p.m. on Whiteside Road, Argyle Township.
