MONROE - Lucas C. Patterson, 25, Monroe, was arrested for third-offense possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at about 11:15 p.m. Thursday in a parking lot on County KK. He was jailed. Brittany R. Lean, 20, Monticello, was arrested for possession of marijuana with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was jailed.
• Brandy A. Busjahn, 27, Monticello, was cited for driving left of center and arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop at about 2 a.m. Friday on 16th Street at 30th Avenue. She was released pending court.
