DARLINGTON - Kevin C Farrey, 26, Benton, was cited for an equipment violation around 3 p.m. Thursday on Wisconsin 11 in Benton township. A passenger in the vehicle, James E. Farrey, 27, Benton, was arrested for possession of marijuana. James was later released pending court.
• Cory S. Cullen, 24, Cuba City was cited for a seatbelt violation around 12:31 a.m. Thursday on Wis. 81 in Elk Grove township.
• Brooke P. Nolte, 19, Shullsburg, was cited for a seatbelt violation, and Nicholas M. Swanson, 18, Shullsburg, was cited for a driver allowing a seatbelt violation, around 2 p.m. Thursday on Wis. 11 in Benton township.
