Lafayette County Sheriff

• William V. Stephenson, 36, Davenport, Iowa, was transported from the Dubuque County Jail to the Lafayette County Jail on a warrant at 4:42 p.m. Monday, Feb. 11. He was jailed.

• Maggie E. Phelan, 21, Evergreen Park, Ill., was cited for speeding on Wisconsin 11 in Benton at 7:04 a.m. Monday, Feb. 11.

• Ruben Eduardo Eyes Sanchez, 44, Tulsa, Okla., was cited for failure to have control after deputies responded at 9:32 a.m. Monday, Feb. 11, to an accident on U.S. 151 in the Town of Belmont. He was towing another vehicle on a U-Haul car dolly when he lost control in the icy conditions, spun around, jack-knifed and entered the median. The car dolly's passenger tire broke off.

• Todd R. Cullen, 39, Platteville, was cited for speeding on U.S. 151 in the Town of Belmont at 11:56 a.m. Monday, Feb. 11.

• Abriel L. Odling, 20, Elkhorn, was cited for driving without proof of vehicle insurance on Wis. 81 in the Town of Darlington at 4:39 p.m. Monday, Feb. 11.

• Kyle D. Hay, 35, South Wayne, was cited for speeding at 7:50 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 12, on Wayne Center Road in the Town of Wayne.

• Kyle G. Walters, 18, South Wayne, was cited for failure to stop at a stop sign at 8:08 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 12, on East Center Street in South Wayne.

• Daniel J. Giese, 32, Dubuque, was cited for speeding at 8:34 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 12, on Wisconsin 11 in the Town of Wayne.

• Trespassing to land was reported on Andrews Road in the Town of Wayne at 7:09 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 12.

• A theft was reported on Otter Creek Road in the Town of Darlington at 9:32 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 12.

• A deputy responded to a civil dispute on County H in the Town of Elk Grove at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 12.

• A theft was reported on East Main Street in Benton at 8:09 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 12.



Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Tracy A. McCall, 45, Browntown, was arrested on charges of felony forgery, theft, bail jumping and possession of drug paraphernalia after deputies responded at 2:52 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 12, to a disturbance at a residence on East Main Street in Browntown. McCall was jailed.

• Dustin L. Meier, 23, rural Monroe, was arrested and jailed on multiple charges after deputies assisted the Wisconsin State Patrol at 7:28 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 12, with a domestic disturbance involving a knife being held to a person's throat at a residence in the W6100 block of County B in the Town of Clarno. Meier faces charges of battery, intimidation of a victim, false imprisonment, disorderly conduct while armed, strangulation, recklessly endangering safety and felony bail jumping.
