MONROE - Eric R. West, 31, Monroe, was arrested at 11:30 p.m. Tuesday for bail jumping following a traffic stop in the 1300 block of 9th Street. West was also cited for driving after revocation and was unable to post bond so he was jailed pending court. Online court records show West was on probation for a March conviction of disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property.

• A deputy responded at 4:09 p.m. to an attempted fraud complaint at a location on Aetna Road, Shullsburg Township.
